"I was most impressed by the services of Last minute musicians. I had an unusual request- I wanted a string quartet to serenade my wife when she awoke on her 50th birthday. Sarah-Jane managed to find a quartet that was prepared to travel 2 hours to be with us by 6:45am. Valtie and the rest of Arabesque Strings were absolutely fantastic and created the perfect start to a wonderful birthday! They braved the cold weather and managed a faultless outdoor performance in spite of the temperature being only 4 degrees."

"Braw are are a great folk-pop act from Glasgow. They have just released their amazing new single ‘Whisky in Hand’ which is attracting much acclaim and success since its recent release on 31st October. Sensational vocals, gorgeous harmonies and melodies make this is a stunningly infectious track which will have you singing it all day long once you hear it! They tell me their musical influences include the likes of Simon & Garfunkel, The Proclaimers, Take That, A Great Big World, Jamie Cullum & Tide Lines to name just a few! This is a must listen to track!"

"We searched high and low for our wedding entertainment as we only had a small party: 30 guests, many of whom we knew would leave not long after our wedding breakfast, and in our experience, the smaller parties are harder to cater for with less room for error. Eventually, after months of web searches, recommendations and arguments, we found Mirrored website and after viewing a sample playlist and speaking with John, we were certain that this was the band that would deliver us a knock out night. The package was totally flexible and accommodated our every wish, right down to the finest detail, and we gave John a fairly free rein with regards to genres of music we had asked to be played; to use his intuition as the night progressed. It was perfect. There was only about 2 tracks played before everyone was up on their feet dancing away- particularly hard to do with such a small party, and everyone had a wonderful time. The talent from this band far supersedes our expectations and although helpful to watch their videos on their website, actually seeing them live does them far more justice. They are incomparable to any other local bands we have seen over the years and if we ever had any other event, they would be at the top of our list, without hesitation. First class entertainment, first class talent and they delivered a first class service. I wish you all well and seriously hope to cross paths with you again."

"From first contact, all the way through to the day, Jess was professional, helpful and friendly. They were always responsive to any questions, learnt some extra songs for us perfectly, got to a difficult venue on time, set up discreetly and gave a great performance that they pitched just right for the changing mood throughout the evening. It really stood out how committed to, and passionate about, their music they are and we really felt they cared a lot about making the atmosphere on the day really special. They were even happy dealing with our indecision around playlists (offering great advice) and when first dance etc would be, something I'm personally very grateful to them for handling wonderfully! Furthermore, both Jess and her band members were also lovely wedding guests - they were great at chatting to fellow guests about the music during breaks and at playing music through the system between sets. If we have any events in the future we would definitely have them along to provide the music again. Event details - Wedding reception of approximately 100 people in a 9m x 18m marquee. The music and volume was just right to get people dancing on the dance floor, and also to allow those who wanted to chat to do so comfortably towards the back of the marquee. I believe the equipment Jess brought along was the less powerful available to them, so no worries with larger venues too."

"We chose Hetty and the Jazzato Band because they looked and sounded like a class act online- and they were on our wedding day! Hetty was professional and friendly from the off and met with me at the venue to discuss the event. The P.A. system being offered by my venue wasn't suitable for a band and Hetty sourced a suitable one at a better price. The band did 3 x 45 minutes sets of brilliant stuff, including all of our requests and Hetty did a playlist of my choosing for the intervals. The band are talented and trained musicians who charge a fair price for their services. All the guests had a good dance and have since sung their praises to me. They were the perfect band, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and we look forward to seeing them again soon. Grace and Robert"

"I booked JP Duo for a surprise proposal and they did above and beyond my expectation! Phil was a great singer/acoustic player, handled the crowd very well and was great at communicating before the event. I would recommend JP Duo to anyone for any events!"
