"Hi Aly, A very big thank you for last night - once again, you played an enormous part in making it a much enjoyed evening and, therefore, a resounding success. We had a mix of parents with some who had been last year who, rather than arriving with trepidation, had come along knowing that there were in for a good time, plus some who had heard it was a good event and were keen to get involved. "The Black Velvet Band Trio were extremely talented musicians who delivered a good range of Irish tunes to a very high standard. Overall they provided a great night’s entertainment, and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to hold an Irish themed night. Unfortunately we were not allowed dancing due to Covid restrictions, once these are lifted the night would be even better."

"I always love watching the Kindred Spirit Duo playing a gig, because their brilliant folk-rock/pop covers never fail to get me and my friends up dancing the night away. They play a great selection of songs and every one seems to be my favourite, Elaine's vocals and guitar playing are superb and Martin is a virtuoso on the electric violin. They both have great personalities and stage presence and are highly recommended by me :-)"

"We booked blue jewel for a 70th birthday party. I cannot recommend them enough. They were professional when setting up, great musicians, motivated everyone to join in. They played 2 good length sets and everyone at the party commented on how good they were. "We booked the band for our wedding reception back in October. We are both huge Irish music fans and have had several memorable trips to Ireland so it was especially important to us to have a live Irish band on our big day. We spend a fair amount of time looking for the “perfect Irish band” and were over the moon to have found the Extonions. From the initial enquiry Mac was both friendly and very professional. He instantly made us feel like we had made the right decision and was more than happy to include any special song requests we had. He then made sure they included on the night and that everyone had a great time. All the band members were lovely and friendly chatting to our guests and fitted in perfectly with our relaxed party atmosphere. Many of our guests have commented on how great they were and we would not hesitate in booking them again in the future or recommending them to others. Thanks so much for making our wedding day so memorable."

"BM Ceilidh were excellent! They pitched it right for our inexperienced group, getting among us to ensure we were right and keeping steps fairly straight forward. Additionally, they were very good at trying to keep us on track with timings when we stopped for food as well as playing while we talked and recovered between dances"

"Dermot added something truly special to a difficult day, being my mother-in-law's funeral, but a combination of his professionalism, artistry and sensitivity made a deep impression on everyone there. On top of that, the speed with which Sarah-Jane arranged things with Dermot at very short notice helped enormously in smoothing the arrangements for the whole day. Thank you!"
