"The band were a pleasure to work with, professional but friendly. They set up very efficiently and discretely considering their arrival time was mid-meal. Considering they had a tricky audience demographic of 65-90 year olds, they managed to get people up on the dance floor with gentle encouragement, for a fabulous end to a great event. Would book again for sure. Thank you!"

"Lucy and Jack were amazing at our wedding. Everything we could have hoped for. They were great at learning my song requests for the whole day. Very reasonably priced for the incredible service they provide. Intimate and happy atmosphere created by their beautiful voices and musical talents! Completely perfected the musical genres we wanted of modern country and pop, with couple of older songs too. For any brides out there I highly recommend Lucy and Jack, and to have live singer whilst walking down the aisle, it was one of the most memorable parts of my day. "

"I cannot fault this band in any way! We kept the ceilidh as a surprise for our wedding guests and it went down as well as we had hoped! The caller was excellent and all the guests engaged well and the dances were so fun and energetic. We have had so many compliments since our wedding about that and can't wait to see the professional photos because we know they will show just how much fun we had. The band then continued on for another hour playing covers of popular wedding songs which was also excellent. The band were very quick, efficient and professional, and the booking process, forms and numerous zoom calls made the whole thing very easy and stress-free. We really can't recommend this band enough!!"

"We had these guys do a ceilidh for a joint 40th birthday party and they were absolutely brilliant. Beautiful music, a brilliant caller in Jake who struck exactly the right tone for the bash. Clear instructions, slowly bringing the music in, a lot of fun and the right mix of old and new ceilidhs. Would highly recommend"

"A big thanks to Mike and the rest of the band for a brilliant evening. Everyone has said how much they thoroughly enjoyed it. A special thank you to Alan, the dance caller. He did a great job - quite a comedian! Finally a big thanks to the band for welcoming our fiddle-playing friend Richard into their ranks for the evening. He said he had a fantastic time. "My family have been following this band for over 20 years now. From the toe tapping faster tunes to the haunting ballads, I cannot rate this band highly enough. Everyone in the audience appears to be having a fantastic night with many people dancing. The band are very professional and friendly and seem to attract an audience that follows them all over the country year after year. Recently, they very kindly played for my mother in her own home ,when she was terminally ill. It proved a very memorable and moving day for her friends and family. I will always be grateful to them for this. My rating for this band is 100 out of 10!!!"

Our guests all commented on how wonderful the music was and how much it elevated the event. Booking was an easy process and Mike and the band were professional and friendly, performed a great mix of jigs and reels. I would highly recommend them."

"Such a fun dancing evening! The ceilidh was a definite highlight of our wedding. Everyone joined in and had at amazing time. It was lovely to see all our guests dancing and laughing together. The band went out of their way to ensure our wedding celebrations went smoothly - they helped us with the cake cutting, our first dance and had a lovely surprise for us at the end! Highly recommend."

"Lilac and her team were absolutely amazing on Friday night! , I still haven’t recovered. We had a wonderful barn dance for my birthday party . The music was sensational and they even learnt a new song just for me and made a cracking job of it too. They kindly played on extra time which was brilliant and very much appreciated. I could not have asked for better entertainment."
