"Kip and the band were absolutely incredible. They brought such a wonderful energy and made the right atmosphere to get everyone up and dancing. All the dances were great and very well explained. Everyone at the wedding commented on how amazing they were and how perfect a ceilidh is to bring people together. I highly recommend this band!"

"What a treat it was last night to have you playing for us. Your choice of music was delightful and, of course, so beautifully played. I hope you could feel the appreciation from our guests. The dancing went very well considering the large numbers of non-members attending; what they lacked in expertise, they more than made up for in enthusiasm. We hope that you too enjoyed your evening; we certainly did. Thank you so much for your considerable contribution to the success of our evening (and the piper said you were great company!)."

"​Katie and I just wanted to drop you a quick note to pass on our thanks to the guys for this Saturday at Cote How as it was an absolutely brilliant evening, and everyone had a great time. The guys from the band were brilliant and couldn’t have been more helpful on the night and were really nice all round personally too. Needless to say, we had a mixture of amateurs, those who have done quite a view barn dances and then the down right dreadful (think that’s the group I was in "

"If I could give more than 5* I would! Barn With Us were incredible at our wedding and really made the evening celebrations fantastic. We wanted a country band that could really get everyone up and dancing and they did not disappoint! We also had a caller to help with the line dancing and our guests had such a fun time learning the steps. Lilac was brilliant from start to end and really understood what we wanted and offered some very helpful suggestions on timings for the evening. We wanted to do a specific song for our first dance and the band were so accommodating of this and it was perfect. We also had Remko for a DJ set after the live band and he was brilliant to end the night on a high. I would thoroughly recommend the band and DJ if you are looking for great energy and brilliant music for a special event. Some of our guests have already booked the band for a 70th Birthday celebration - so we look forward to seeing you again soon! Thank you so much to Sound With Us for making our wedding so brilliant - you really were the highlight of our wedding! Sophie & Guy x"

"The Rejigged Ceilidh Band played for our wedding a couple of weeks ago at High Rocks and they were absolutely wonderful! The talented band performed for us an incredible Scottish Ceilidh and dressed accordingly! The music was superb and the caller made the dance easy for all our wedding guests to follow! We even received a congratulations on our wedding card from the band! Their communication was superb, the music remarkable and we cannot recommend them more highly! Thank you Rejigged!"

The caller was clear and friendly and the music was brilliant. There was a mix of interesting and entertaining dances and we could have had them for another few hours and still been dancing! "Black Velvet Band Ceilidh Trio – Viv’s 50th Birthday Ceilidh – January 2025 We had an amazing evening. Dan, Ned and Heather were brilliant. Firstly Dan was incredibly helpful and reassuring when I spoke to him a few weeks in advance. He was very relaxed but also incredibly reassuring that it would be fun and go well! He was very warm and I felt ‘everything would be alright’! They came very promptly and set up very unobtrusively. The music was perfect and Ned was a fantastic caller. He drew people in so well and had a very relaxed manner, he made it very enjoyable. Dan on the guitar and Heather on the fiddle were excellent! We had a fantastic evening of dancing with them. So many of our guests commented on how they made it such fun. They made it a great success. I highly recommend them."
