Review Centre: 1970s & 80s Style Bands

"Just what we wanted. We loved our first dance and every song after! I was a sweaty mess by the end because of all the dancing. We got lots of compliments from guests about the band and at least one couple are planning on booking for an upcoming 40th birthday party. They were great guys and hope they enjoyed playing half as much as we enjoyed listening!"

"Groove Time were excellent! In the build up to the event Matt was in touch regularly to make sure everything was going according to plan, and was easily contactable if needed. On the night they adjusted their set list to suit the party theme that we had which was very much appreciated. Once Groove Time started playing the dance floor was full until they finished. Everybody loved them! Brilliant band who contributed so much to make party the success that it was!"

"Wow wow wow! We feel so lucky to have had The Ruby's provide our entertainment for our Greatest Showman themed charity ball. Everyone was up dancing all night and all commented on what an amazing band you were. We loved it from start to finish. You went above and beyond and really made our night special. Thank you so much. "The Weekend Groove played at our wedding at Sopley Mill on 1st October. They were amazing!! The dance floor was permanently full all night! Everyone kept saying how brilliant they were, with comments like 'best wedding band they had ever heard' and 'where did you find these guys, they are so good!' They definitely made the night, and everyone had such a great time. They sang our first dance song, which made it that extra bit special. We loved it! If anyone is thinking of choosing this band, then do it, you won't be disappointed. Best of luck with everything. "

"We first saw this band as the headline act at a festival and it was an absolutely incredible end to the night. The musicians were all talented and played a great mix of songs; sing along hits but without playing all the some songs that every cover band seems to do and there were lots of people on the dance floor. A nice touch was them having both a male and female vocalist to cover all genres and also duets. Looking forward to seeing them again."

"I first saw the band at a Prosecco festival and everyone just had such an amazing time. So I booked them for my 40th birthday party, and that was the best night ever. People still comment on how good they were, and some friends of mine have booked them too! I can't recommend them highly enough.. and all such nice considerate men too."

"I have seen these guys play at a few venues and I must say that iv'e found their music very uplifting and the musicianship of high quality, definitely would suit weddings, events and parties. All banging dance-along tunes!"

"We had Lady Luck at our wedding and they were nothing short of spectacular! The sax player went into the crowd as she played, Keisha's voice is incredible and they got the entire crowd on their feet and dancing (even the ones that didn't want to!) They really did "make" the evening. Big, huge thanks to Keisha and the ladies."
