"I can’t thank you enough. As soon as I heard you playing my aisle song, all my wedding nerves leading up to that moment went away. Being a wedding musician myself, I wanted to book someone for my wedding who I knew I could trust to get on with the job and for me to have no worries on the day about them as a supplier. Serenity String Duo was that perfect booking. If you haven’t heard them live then do go and find them at a wedding showcase/fair as their music just projects beautifully. They had great communication leading up to the big day. They were able to accommodate my aisle song request, and even took the time to tweak my arrangement (that I sent them) to make it more fluid for their instruments. I had quite a few musician guests at my wedding and they all were impressed with the range of repertoire that they covered during our ceremony and drinks reception. I can’t thank you enough. As soon as I heard you playing my aisle song, all my wedding nerves leading up to that moment went away. Highly recommend!"

Highlight of the night had to be leading the conga through the De Grey Rooms, though not sure how well the video worked out, I'm a beginner with a selfie stick!!! "Blue Jewel played at our wedding two weeks ago and they were absolutely fantastic. They were the highlight of the wedding party for us and for many of the wedding guests. Lots of people joined in with the energetic music. Clear instructions for the dances made it easy for everyone to join in. Apart from how fun the celeidh itself was, the thing that we appreciated most of all about Blue Jewel - and the thing that stands out about them - is that it was so easy and stress-free to organise. A couple of emails prior to the wedding to confirm timings and cost (which was very reasonable), and then they turned up on time, were very polite and flexible about us running late with the rest of the wedding, played brilliant music and got everyone up dancing. There was no fuss or stress whatsoever. Absolutely brilliant. We would recommend Blue Jewel to anyone. "

You were more than excellent and we loved your take on all the songs you played, from traditional to modern the brass sound made us all want to dance and carry on dancing. You are all very talented and such a lovely bunch of people. You made everything easy, were very considerate to our needs and you were amazing. Honestly I can’t tell you how much you made a difference to the day, nothing was a problem for you and we can’t wait for you to perform again at the farm in the future. "I would highly recommend The Verge if you're considering a band. From the start the band have been amazing. They played our first song which made the awkward first dance so much easier. The sets were incredible and had everyone dancing. There's not many bands that will invite your 7 year old onto the stage to play the tambourine for a song, something he'll always remember."
