"We couldn't have been more pleased that we picked The Romantics as our wedding band. Aside from being really talented musicians and incredibly professional in the lead up to the wedding, they were absolutely phenomenal on the day and really got everyone involved. The fact that they moved around was also amazing, as it worked well for a summer's evening when people wanted to be outdoors, as they also got to dance and sing along outside without missing out. I couldn't recommend them enough to anyone looking for a band for an event and so many of our guests are still saying what a great choice they were. We absolutely loved you guys! "

"We recently had Ophelia perform at our ‘Day of the Dead’ party, and she was absolutely fantastic. Her combination of live vocals and trumpet created a brilliant atmosphere that everyone enjoyed. She brought great energy, engaged naturally with the guests, and delivered a performance that felt both professional and personal. We received so many compliments from our guests and would be delighted to book her again for a future event—especially a summer party if she’s available!"

"He was outstanding. Everyone was praising his singing. All the guests could sing a long . Every one enjoyed themselves, and was asking me where I found Jay. I should think that he would get a few more gigs from this party , as mum also enjoys being part of choir."

"Just a quick message to say thank you for finding Ollie for us for last Saturday night. He was a joy to deal with, a lovely guy and his performance was excellent. My guests were all really appreciative. The plan was for him to perform outside but unfortunately, the weather was unkind so Ollie was really flexible and delivered a great set indoors instead."

"Thank you so much last minute musicians for great service. My ladies Captains Drive In was a huge success with thanks to Wilf on the Steel pan he was fantastic. Sarah - Jane was brilliant with great communications answered all my queries and was very reassuring for my needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for particular musicians. "I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the rest of the quartet for being amazing at our wedding. Everyone commented on how great you were, from children recognising the modern pop songs to the grandparents enjoying the classics!! You were perfect for the pre ceremony music - I remember walking in Stanley House and hearing you on the balcony and thinking it sounded amazing. You were also excellent at the drinks reception - the perfect balance of live performance but back ground music if that makes sense? I would also like to say that as a bride planning a wedding with a million and one things to think about you were always really easy to deal with, quick at responding and of course 100% reliable! I would definitely recommend The Bridgewater String Quartet, especially for weddings as it really does add a touch of class to your special day."

"Last night at Whighams we had a world music night which was one of the best nights we have ever had. First up Bossa Nova & MPB. For the last few months I have been lucky enough to work with Sergio and Kevin in this trio playing Brazilian music. We met at a jam session organised by Ash Gupta and are playing regularly. For me it is a welcome change and an opportunity to play a different style. Next up we had a fantastic band from Latvia playing a highly melodic jazz funk set which went down really well and was appreciated by the audience. Finally the evening was closed off with a fantastic flamenco set which was just terrific, I knew what Danielo Olivera and his group would do and was sure the Whighams crew would love it and they did! An excellent and very memorable night that I was delighted to be involved with and a highlight of the music program that Kevin and Graeme Knox put together. "

"Grace and I first discovered Capriccio Quartet at the Best Western Regency Bridal show. Having not considered music, let alone a string quartet before we went, we were amazed by the musicians, especially when they asked us to choose a song from their repertoire, which turned out to be the exit song at our wedding. Having made the decision to book the group, Lynette and the team were so good during the lead up to our wedding, they even rehearsed music not on their repertoire for our aisle song which made for perfect harmony on the day. On the day of our wedding we don’t know what we would have done at the beginning of the ceremony without Capriccio in the background because they filled the room with beautiful music. The weather was so glorious that during the reception the quartet performed outside and our guests commented on how wonderful the music was. Our wedding without Capriccio wouldn’t have been the same, they made our day so special and one that we will treasure. We are truly thankful for everything and appreciate listening to such talent. "
