"Wanted a disco ball and some uplighters to help my daughter’s 18th birthday party “sparkle”! The friendly team at Core Events were so helpful, from start to finish, with lots of advice on what to hire, and guidance on how to set things up ourselves. The equipment was exactly what we wanted and easy to use. Would highly recommend!"

"Absolutely fantastic, made our day I cant thank you guys enough or recommend you enough. What an amazing set. Everyone was up dancing and singing. You guys played lots of different era's of music, which everyone knew. You made our night very special and we didnt want it to end. The sax was incredible and so was the DJ. The contact was great before hand as well, we had a good convo about what we wanted and you guys absolutely delivered. Hope to see you soon at one of your gigs. "Kirsty played guitar and sang at our wedding ceremony and during the afternoon tea served to guest afterwards. We gave her an idea of the type of music we like and chose her own set list which perfectly matched the atmosphere we were going for. She has a beautiful voice and is a really talented musician all round. Our guests really enjoyed listening to her and all commented on how great she was. Thank you Kirsty for being such an excellent addition to our day."

"Hired the 'Ultimate Party Bundle' to use with our own decks, mixer and radio mike for a wedding (speeches and disco). Equipment was delivered and set up on time and provided great sound and lighting. The package was ideal for the marquee (about 90 guests). Lights and speakers were in excellent condition. Basement Hire answered all my questions in advance regarding connections, cables etc. "
