"Firstly we, Kestrel, would like to thank you for the part you both played in ensuring that our celebration of achieving three Queens Awards for International Trade at the House of Commons was such a huge success. We appreciate that it is no mean feat to tackle the large amount of process, forms and general red tape required to gain access to the Houses of Parliament, have yourselves and your equipment approved, and set up within an extremely short time frame. You also managed all of their decibel and internal requirements without any one from Kestrel needing to have any involvement – which is very much appreciated on such a busy occasion. Leaving me free to manage all other aspects of the event, without needing to be involved in the music and entertainment. When we heard you play at the Hoste Arms in Burnham Market, we were extremely impressed especially with the combination saxophone music and really feel that the variety of music you can provide makes you flexible enough to attend a wide range of events. That along with your organisational skills and professional attitude is hugely to be commended. We would not hesitate to use you again, with or without the saxophone, and equally to recommend you to other high profile events within both the corporate and the private entertainment sector. Another massive plus for us was the feedback we received from our guests, who absolutely loved the evening and many were to be found just enjoying listening to your music and we received comments on the night and also feedback to say that it really made the evening. Once again thank you to you both, and please don’t hesitate to contact us should you ever require more formal references for other engagements."

"We hired a DIY Party Bundle (and a sub-woofer) for a bash at the pub. Brilliant. James is very responsive, he operates by Instant Message, and it works very well. Kit was amazing - it's real quality stuff. It made the party. An ipod with a 5 hour playlist of our fave choonz was better than having a DJ. Great service, great kit, great price."

"Have ninety 16 year olds round, what could possibly go wrong?! 😅 I have to say they were fantastic, a credit to their parents. Lost count of how many times we were thanked for letting them have the party 🥰 Thanks Kavi for DJing for them you were spot on 🪩🎶🎼🎵"

"Kirsty is absolutely fantastic! As well as being a super easygoing, lovely person, she built a custom setlist based on our music choices, kindly created a special mix for our first dance, and even threw in some vinyl versions of special songs (yes, a vinyl DJ!), which was incredibly special. The lighting setup was also fantastic and exceeded all expectation, and the sound system was high quality and faultless. Kirsty brought so much passion and everyone had an amazing night (some even pleaded for more when it came to an end because they'd enjoyed the set so much...!) Kirsty was generous with her time ahead of the day, super accommodating of special requests, was lovely to work with and has buckets of talent. We can’t fault her or recommend her highly enough! "

"Absolutely incredible! Carlito played during our wedding drinks reception and later in the evening alongside our DJ — and he was simply amazing. His live sax performance created such a beautiful atmosphere during the day, and then in the evening he completely transformed the dancefloor! Guests couldn’t stop talking about how talented he was and how much energy he brought to the party. From start to finish, Carlito was professional, friendly, and an absolute joy to work with. We couldn’t have asked for better entertainment — highly recommend him to anyone looking to add something special to their wedding!"

"I just wanted to drop you a quick note to formally say ‘thank-you’ for playing at our wedding at Ettington Park on March 19th. Having returned from our honeymoon and had a chance to catch up with people, so many people have made mention of the band. Quite simply, you were awesome! You really got everyone up dancing and, although we weren’t certain all of our guests would appreciate the swing music that Jo and I love, you were so good I think you managed to fill the dance floor throughout the night. Thank-you especially for playing Mr Bojangles – our favourite song, and a real highlight for us. We only wish we could have recorded the entire set to listen to again, or even better do it all over again tomorrow! "We had our wedding reception at Wildes Inns on Saturday 2nd August 2025. We were both hoping Charlie would be our DJ as we had heard amazing things from other couples we know who had also had Charlie as their wedding DJ. The process was so simple when making the wedding playlist of preferred songs and having a section of songs we did not want playing. Charlie read the room quite quickly so the dance floor was packed from start to finish! There were a couple of requested songs from guests that I had put on the banned list so Charlie said they were to ask myself and the groom. Only once we agreed could they be played which was a big relief! (Proud Mary- Say no more!) We are both big Ibiza dance fans and love that genre of music so asked Charlie for Sax player recommendations. Charlie sorted it through his company CFR Group, so it was so easy for us. They both went side by side perfectly and Martin aka ‘Mr Sax’ was phenomenal! Everyone was so excited when he came out of nowhere into the middle of the floor! It’s honestly made the night! Thankyou again to Charlie for a brilliant end to a fabulous wedding day! 🥂🪩"

"Wow just wow ! We've all been to weddings before and seen the tacky poorly dressed dj behind a box with a speaker on top playing the same old tunes , but this gentleman blew us away with his presentation and his demeanor! Dressed sharp and smart with a smile and a friendly face and a wonderful presentation that would compliment any wedding or event ! Professional equipment with a tasteful show and most of all true to his clients! We couldn't have asked for more with the service we recieved and we felt confident our requests and playlist were kept to with military precision ! Absolulty 10/10 on all fronts would whole heartedly recommend CFR Group to Any and all !"
