"We booked It's No' Reel to play at our wedding by Loch Lomond and couldn't have been happier with our choice of ceilidh band. Tom was very responsive when we first got in touch and gave us helpful advice on the band arrangement and set-up best suited to our venue (where they had played before), how to handle any queries on the day, ways of making the dreaded "first dance" experience as painless as possible etc. All of the admin side was very straightforward and transparent - knowing we could count on our band to show up certainly reduced our stress levels! Needless to say, everything went very smoothly on our wedding day and the band was absolutely brilliant. Most of our wedding guests were non-Scots, so having a caller was particularly useful, and the Game of Thrones theme went down a treat. I'd thoroughly recommend It's No' Reel to anyone else planning a Scottish wedding (or just a ceilidh for the sake of it!) and hope I'll have the chance to hear them play again."

"Free Spirit are just amazing!! They played at my party and I couldn’t have asked for better. From day one of booking right through to the event, they made it all so easy. They were happy to play my playlists in between sets and were so helpful. The band played great music and got the dance floor filled. Highly recommend them!!"

"on came and played during the welcome drinks part of my party. He arrived early, set up quietly so that when guests arrived, he was ready to start playing. He plays the guitar beautifully creating a great atmosphere- would definitely recommend."

"Love for Sale is more than a jazz band. Love for Sale is the living demonstration of the vitality of jazz. Classy and elegant, their gigs are truly loved by music aficionados. I was at several concerts and I always go to listen to them when I am nearby. Love for sale rule!"

"Couldn’t recommend Madhu enough! She was brilliant from start to finish and everyone loved it. She’s so attentive and asked what kind of music I wanted, played one of my favourite songs and asked if anyone had any requests. I’m still getting messages from my friends saying what great entertainment it was. Thank you!! "

"Thank you Blue Jewel for making our barn dance such an enjoyable and memorable occasion. It was great to see so many happy smiling faces on the dance floor. The caller,Kip, was excellent at engaging with the dancers and gave very clear instructions to follow and they are good musicians. Steve was very helpful when organising the event and quick to respond to any communication. They are a very professional group and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. "Hi Tad, Sam, Colette and Louisa, We just wanted to say a huge thank you to you all for playing at our wedding last Sunday. We had such a brilliant day and you guys were a big part of the fun so thank you! We really appreciate you guys being able to play a bit earlier to accommodate our missing guitarist from the other band. Slightly stressful when you all arrived, sorry about that, but we got there in the end! I hope it worked out ok for you guys and you got plenty to eat and drink. We loved the Ceílí even though despite Louisa's brilliant instruction we were quite terrible at remembering what to do! Haha! Great fun though!
