"I couldn’t recommend Dan enough. He was phenomenal. He truly made our ceremony perfect and he also did a set after which he was so involved and it was such a personal touch. "Roman played beautifully at our daughters wedding reception yesterday at Hampton Court House. He created a lovely ambience in the Great Hall during our drinks reception. I would highly recommend him. Many guests commented on his professionalism."

"We're are just at the airport waiting to go away and we have just started to relax and have 5 minutes to think. We would both like to thank you for the entertainment on Sunday. "It was a great pleasure to work with you. Everyone was unanimous and strong. There was a great deal of praise for the string quartet, yourself especially and I feel very lucky to have had your expertise and experience to support the choir. It would be good to do a repeat performance but I do not know when that could be. I have a summer concert in May to work on now and the Christmas concerts 2018 and 2019 . If I leave it too long then of course the singers will forget the music and I will have to put in a lot of work to bring it back. Thank you once again for your marvellous music making. It has been absolutely great It is going to be a hard act to follow. Best Wishes, "

"Enjoyed a wonderful Sunday afternoon with on the cover in Warrington. Besides being very talented musicians the band were really supportive and incredibly helpful to anyone who showed an interest on joining them on stage. What a fantastic concept and a great opportunity for singers/musicians to join an actual band. Empire Warrington was a great venue too, purposely built stage rather than a pa in the corner of a pub. Would 100% recommend both."

"I have thoroughly enjoyed seeing you perform on several occasions in the Alps, so I was beyond excited to have you at my 21st. My mates were shocked when you appeared and couldn’t believe it! One friend had spotted you in the boat beforehand - but was told he was nuts by others and forgot about it! Thanks for being such a great sport, hiding at the venue and playing along with the surprise reveal. As always, your set was incredible, and letting me play your guitar was a particularly memorable moment despite me being somewhat inebriated... It was the perfect end to an unforgettable night. "Firstly, thank you so much to The Covered, you were amazing! Thank you. xx The initial enquiry was promptly responded to. We traded a few e mails and a phone call, I got a sense from our first contact that you were approachable, friendly and passionate about delivering the best performance you could for your client. On the day of the event, you were present at the venue nearly 3 hours before the start of the performance. Whilst I struggled with helium balloons (I now know I could never be a children's entertainer!!) I could see and hear how much attention to detail went into the preparation for your performance. I think it's worth mentioning that your sound engineer, Ivan, is an absolute expert. I felt very lucky to see and hear your passion as all of the band prepared for the performance. During the course of the set up, I had the opportunity to catch up with individual band members. You were all so down to earth and friendly it really set the scene for an inclusive and friendly evening. Coming on to the performance. Stunning!! Incredible and stunning. The stage backdrop was very attractive and complimented the performance. The drums! Super fantastic to watch and hear. There was so much to see and hear from The Covered, all of it fantastic! One of the guests told me later, "The band were great, certainly the best I have heard for many years". To be fair, the compliments for your performance were non stop. If you are reading this review as a potential client, don't hesitate!! Book this amazing band before they get snapped up. Lastly, thank you John, and thanks to your band, your sound engineer and your backing vocalist. We had such a heart warming family celebration at which you were the front and centre. Hiring The Covered was a privilege. If we are to do the same again we will be in touch xxxx"

"Marcus played at our son’s christening earlier this year, he was fantastic! He played gentle jazz during the afternoon and interacted with young and old alike. The children played and sang along, with the inflatable guitars, saxophones and microphones he had brought along with him. A little later in the afternoon Marcus did another set of rock and roll and feet tapping classics – everyone was up dancing and singing along. Thank you Marcus for making the whole afternoon so much fun and gauging the audience so well."
