"Now that the dust has settled after our wedding at the end of February, on behalf of both myself & Glen we would just like to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for being such brilliant entertainment at our wedding. We had been to a couple of your gigs previously but this performance was extra special (especially the Take That). Nobody can stop talking about you guys & how much they enjoyed it. I also hear that a friend may be in touch with you about their wedding too so fingers crossed. "

You had your work cut out with there being so many rooms for people to drift into but you worked some magic with your music and everyone kept coming back to dance, full credit to you all you were brilliant and I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone."

"I just wanted to say a very big thank you to you all for a most memorable ceilidh at Ross and Susie’s wedding on 6th October. We have had many compliments on your ceilidh band and the dancing, and with many coming from a bunch of southerners, that is praise indeed! The calling and walk-throughs were just right and enabled anyone who wanted to, to join in. I was so pleased to see the dance floor full all night and everyone having such fun. Your playlist was very well thought out with a good array of well known dances and one or two lesser known but all good fun and not so complicated, all with tunes of a good pace. My sister came off after dancing the Cumberland Square (?) saying “That was great, I’ve always wanted to learn that one!” My knees have not recovered yet from all the dancing- but I wouldn’t have it any other way! I am sure Ross and Susie will thank you themselves in due course. In the meantime I shall thank you once again. I would not hesitate to recommend you to friends and family for a great ceilidh night."

"We recently had The Good Citizens play at our wedding reception and we can’t recommend them enough- we got to work with them to choose the songs we wanted and they even played a special request that we had heard them perform before. They got everyone up on the dance floor during the whole performance and everyone commented on how great they were, including the staff at the venue and our photographer 💕 thank you so much for bringing the energy and making it so much fun for us, we had the most perfect time, love from the Gavins xxx"

"We had the The Leathernecks play at our wedding in August at Eaves Hall and they were absolutely brilliant. They were all so lovely, sounded amazing and the set list was absolutely perfect and kept the dance floor packed. They learned our first dance song and it was wonderful- cannot recommend enough!"

They were fantastic from start to finish, the dance floor was packed all night, I had everyone coming up to us saying how great the band was, and where did we find them, we would definitely book them again. Iris totally smashed it and was the show stopper for my 50th birthday party She was in constant communication, talking through tweaks and was always accommodating and positive On the evening Iris was super prompt and was such a professional - mingling with guests whilst we had a few issues that delayed the start Her set up was super compact and inconspicuous - my guests didn’t realise at first that we had a singer!!… Iris’s performance was absolutely phenomenal!!…she was sultry, engaging, inclusive, playful and professional - everyone was talking about her!! I cannot express enough thanks to Iris as she really made the evening special If you want a showstopper then Iris is definitely your lady!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Evelyn and the Band were exceptional. My wife and I can't get over how brilliant they sounded at our wedding at Avalen Farm in June. They kept everyone on the dance floor all night, and we were absolutely gutted when their set ended. I would recommend Evelyn and the Band to ANYONE. 10/10!!!"
