"We were delighted with our wedding band, After Dark. John and the band were very professional in all their dealings with us, keeping in regular contact to determine the couple's play choices and making the effort to learn their 'First Dance' song, which was performed really well.They arrived and set up very discreetly and kept the guests dancing all evening. We all had a wonderful night, thank you!"

"We booked Straight Up for our wedding in April 2024, and they were absolutely amazing! We were slightly hesitant as we only had the promo video on the website to go off, but the band were even better in person. We loved that they had an extensive list of songs on their repertoire, and they happily played all 32 songs that we requested from that list! Communication prior to the wedding was clear, and the booking process was really easy. The band ensured that the dancefloor was full throughout the night, and we had such great feedback from all of our guests. They even learnt a 'last song' for us rather than a first dance, which was an amazing way to end the night. "

"My husband and I spent a long time looking through bands for my 60th birthday party when a friend recommended Primed. She had seen them at a wedding reception a year or so earlier. Having looked through their repertoire we saw that they sang lots of Beatles, Stones and Kinks which was ideal for a 60’s girl like myself. "

"Wow - what a find. Georgia and Dan were a great pair. Very professional, excellent vocals and guitar and great chemistry between them. Such a pleasure to have at our event and many compliments received from our guests. Well done and thank you, you definitely helped make our event a memorable and successful one. "The Band was superb in guiding us through the preparation for its gig - our wedding reception no less - not least of all in its patience with our frequent delays in getting back with requested information! We asked for a "Dublin/ Temple Bar" feel to the gig and that is what we got in spades. We have no doubt that the Band would have presented other music styles equally as well. Our 80 plus guests loved the performance, as did the 10 or so staff at the reception venue. The manager of our local folk club booked the Band - taking its details that very same night - for a club performance at date to be arranged. The Band's fee for the evening was very competitive for the performance and the help we were given in its preparation. The Band arrived in good time, set up quickly and demobilised swiftly and tidily. "I’d like to say just how great the band Primed are. My daughter wanted a DJ for her 21 st birthday party but her Dad and elder brother persuaded her to book a live band. She loved it! PS. They also DJ’d for us in their breaks so we had the best of both worlds. Wonderful. "

"The band played at our wedding back in 2013. It was an amazing day and the icing on the cake was having great music and a full dance floor until late in the night! Everyone commented to us how amazing the band were and they played an fantastic mix songs. Could not recommend highly enough!"
