Nicky and I and all our guests really enjoyed your sets and especially your cover of Chan Chan - absolutely perfect! Our guests have been sending us their photos of the day and there are some lovely shots of you, which we thought you might like to see. You really helped make our wedding a very special day and we so appreciate all the hard work and effort you put into the preparation and performance. It was a pleasure working with you. "Chris played at a surprise 40th birthday for my wife. All I can say is absolutely brilliant. Chris sounded great, with a very comprehensive set list, suitable for all ages, and captured the party mood brilliantly. Chris kept us informed, was on time, efficient and he’s even a bloody nice bloke. Thank you Chris, superb job!!!"

"Sarah played the piano beautifully for our wedding drinks reception. With a variety of songs played we were really pleased we made the decision to ask Sarah to join in on our special day. We would recommend to friends and family anytime. "

"We booked the band Straight Up for a social function, absolutely fantastic throughout, the booking process was easy and we were engaged with whenever necessary. On the day the band members were flexible and gave a great performance. Would recommend. "

"Angie was perfect for our wedding Angie sang hymns country and other genres with perfect timing and sound volume. We could not of chosen any other person to sing and make our day perfect. If I had to have an event again I would not hesitate to call on Angie."

"Thank you all so much. You were great and really added to our day. We wanted an authentic vintage jazz band for our wedding and Dr Jazz were perfect. You got everyone singing along to all the classics. The management at our venue said you were the best band they’d ever had. Really made our day go with a swing. "

"It was a real privilege to attend a solo guitar concert given by SmoothGuitar at St Bartholomew's Church Penn Wolverhampton. We were treated to a wide-ranging program. The core of any classical guitar concert are the pieces from the Spanish repertoire. We started with Romanza – anon and ended with a Farruca Flamenco. A particular highlight for me was the Prelude 1 by Villa-Lobos. Here we heard SmoothGuitar's technical skill and musicality at maintaining a beautiful melodic line with right-handed arpeggio accompaniment. There were fun moments with The Girl from Ipanema and the One Note Samba. Take 5 of Dave Brubeck fame and the James Bond theme sounded quite at home on guitar. The concert ended with a captivating rendition of All I ask of you from the Phantom of the opera as an encore. "

"We hired Voodoo to play at our wedding and they were amazing! All of our guests were happy and I don't remember a time when there wasn't people dancing on the dance floor. Great music, well played and very entertaining. Excellent band! "

"Before the event Dave did everything possible to work with us and make sure that it all went without a hitch, which was much appreciated. He and the rest of his group were friendly and professional throughout, and our guests loved seeing the joy they so clearly get from what they do. We hadn’t tried jazz at our hotel before, but it went down really well and we received lots of great feedback."

"The band were absolutely brilliant! Our crowd is sometimes hard to please but they got everyone up and dancing in no time. The setup and sound checks were professional and seamless with no disturbance to guests. I had great reviews from guests and the vibe in the pub was brilliant. We will defiantly be having Boots & Buckles back. "
