"I found Laura through a local music agency when I was considering the possibility of providing l music to our guests before our marriage ceremony and in the pre wedding breakfast period as a surprise for my husband. I was charmed be her manner when we first spoke. She instantly understood the mood I wanted to convey. She has an extensive repertoire and was able to provide music that absolutely fitted my ideas. I was a little concerned that it might be difficult for her to be heard outside but her amplification system was perfect for both indoor and outdoor performance. I would love an excuse to hire Laura again- we enjoyed her playing so much and our guests were so complimentary about her music. It was just perfect. I mean every word! "From our very first conversation, Simon made everything feel easy and personal. We knew straight away that he genuinely cared about creating the right atmosphere for our wedding, not just turning up and singing a set. Simon performed during our ceremony and drinks reception, and the moment he started singing as I walked down the aisle was something I will never forget. His voice filled the room beautifully and created such an emotional, intimate atmosphere — it truly set the tone for the entire day. So many of our guests commented on how special the music felt and asked how we found him. What we loved most was how calm and professional Simon was throughout the whole process. He worked seamlessly with our venue and other suppliers, and we felt completely at ease knowing everything was taken care of. Choosing Simon was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. He added something truly memorable to our day, and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough to any couple looking for live music that feels personal, elegant, and heartfelt."

"I hired Madhu for my 50th Birthday party, it was truly a memorable afternoon - I booked her last minute and I had a particular Ibiza vibe in mind, and she interpreted my vision of what I wanted perfectly. She was absolutely fantastic on the day, not only her playing (she is so talented), but how brilliantly she engaged with my family and friends - some of my friends were a little bit tentative to join in, but she made them feel at ease. She incorporated all my dedications seamlessly within her sets, as she plays all music genres. I would not hesitate in booking her again for another event of mine or recommend her to anyone reading this!"

"We booked this band for a corporate event to celebrate the achievements of our customers. From the initial booking The VIP Formula communicated well and kept us updated. They arrived early to set up and test the equipment, meaning they were relaxed and composed and ready to start at the appropriate time.The band were very accommodating considering our time scales did not go to plan. Once the band started to play, the guests relaxed and really enjoyed the music, many guests commented on how much they enjoyed the music and singing and dancing. The Band made me as the organiser feel comfortable, communication was great, really accommodating gentleman. I would certainly have no hesitation in booking them for future events. Thank you for helping to make the day a great success."

"John played for my grandfathers funeral and was excellent, very well turned out and was ready and waiting for our arrival at the cemetery. A previous conversation with John about what we would like played was met with enthusiasm and ideas that far far exceeded anything we could of thought of. Everyone commented how John’s contribution gave a perfect send off to my grandfather. Definitely one to keep contact details for. If I could give more than 10/10 I would. Thank you "

"I have listened to Jonathan Vinten with real pleasure over a number of years, playing solo, with his trio and recently with the full six piece band. Whatever the venue, ranging from the humble surroundings of the Tunbridge Wells Jazz Club to Leeds Castle, the Savoy Hotel London or the Grand at Brighton, his sheer quality as a musician stands out, as does the range of his repertoire. You need no telling that he has played with the very best in the business, yet, unlike some jazz musicians who seem to play for their own pleasure, Jonathan always sets out to entertain his audience. The standard of the trio is impressive. I have heard the “big” band only once so far but it was a joy, with a fine balance and extended solos you just had to listen to. I don’t get to hear him and the band often enough and, with my partner and friends, make a New Year resolution to put that right. "

"What can I say about James? Since booking him to be our wedding DJ at the beginning of the year, James has been amazing. The support and advice and information he provided was endless - this guy knows his stuff! James, having worked in the wedding industry for years now, gave me advice on plenty of wedding areas - not just music related. James is a genuinely helpful person and he was invaluable to us! On the night he was a gem. He arrived nice and early to get unpacked. His set-up is very impressive and looks very smart/professional. He played exactly what my guests asked for (ranging from Beatles to heavy metal!) and was charming with every single one of them. James also did us an enormous favour on the night in getting up and drumming with our band for a couple of songs (without practice!) which just adds another string to his bow. James' services don't just stop at being a 'top dee-jayuh' - he plays the piano beautifully. I've heard him play many times and even have one of his CDs in my car. This guys talent shows no end and I would truly recommend him to anyone (and everyone)."
