"We hired Rafael to play the sax through music student hire, communication before our event was also 10/10! He did not disappoint! he was a beautiful touch to our evening that kept our guests happy and entertained, a very talented, professional, fun guy! He played solo for our first dance which was brilliant! Would highly recommend.. :)"

"Straight Up were beyond brilliant as the evening entertainment for our wedding. The dance floor was full the entire time and we had so many comments about how brilliant they were - their manager was great at communicating in the run up to the event and they were willing to tweak the set list so it was perfect for our friends and family! Would thoroughly recommend. "

"So grateful to you all for your amazing work and sorry about the last minute changes that you accommodated so gracefully. Everyone was absolutely thrilled with you on, especially us both. We just wished we had more time to listen rather than chatting so much. Even into the evening the wedding guests and other hotel guests were commenting on how lovely it was to listen to you play. I would highly recommend you to anyone not only for the beautiful way you play together but your extensive repertoire and ease with which you communicated and dealt with all our requests. "Beautiful music, set just the right tone during our wedding ceremony on the beach. All if our guests commented how amazing it was having Duncan playing with his guitar throughout. Duncan went above and beyond to make our day special and we are so grateful for him travelling all the way to bournemouth for the day. Wish we could do it all over again!"

"Party Gangsters were the highlight for my 30th Birthday – ALL generations spent the whole night dancing away. They tailored the night to my requirements and did a set list with songs I would like and I had such a happy time! Would recommend for anyone who wants a great band that gets the room dancing/with lights and even disco tunes for the breaks! They were so good that my husband and I booked them for our wedding last month and yet again they didn't disappoint - I am a music lover and there is no better than a live band to play at any celebration - Beats any DJ any day in my opinion because they tailor the songs to you and really get the room grooving! Can't wait for another celebration so we can book the band again - Great value,Great Band members and Great Music! You will be hard pushed to find another band with this talent for this price - Fantastic! "

"We were lucky enough to have Groove Allstars perform at our wedding in August 2023. Exceptionally talented and highly professional, they went above and beyond for us. Not only did they learn a song of our choosing for our first dance, but they surprised us by playing a live rendition of the song we had chosen for the father-daughter dance, off the cuff. Quite simply, they’re the best wedding band we’ve ever come across. Our guests haven’t stopped talking about them since our big day – and neither have we.
