"South West were an amazing addition to our wedding in October 2023. They performed our first dance song as well as two sets live sets plus DJ provision in between these. They were amazing, and we had so many compliments from our guests too so we knew we weren't just biased! A personal highlight was being able to perform an impromptu bit of karaoke with the band which they had also captured on video. It was an unexpected but really thoughtful memory we now have alongside our wedding album and friends' photos too. We would have them back to another event in a heartbeat. Thanks to Henry for making the organisation easy and the band for being excellent entertainers and musicians - and a shoutout to Shaun for all the videos too ❤️"

"They were absolutely fantastic from the word go. Mike got in touch with us before the event and made sure everything went according to plan. We had a themed 40s/50s dress code for the party. House of Chords were so accommodating and played a lot of tunes for us which went with the theme brilliantly. They even sent us a list of songs they were going to perform and made sure we were happy with the selection before the event. They are exceptionally talented guys and are very polite in the way they present themselves. Our guests were full of praise for the band and we would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. They made our evening such good fun and we can’t thank them enough. We would definitely book them again!"

"Vinyl & Velvet sang at my 60th birthday garden party last Saturday, she was absolutely amazing. Bubbly personality ,fantastic singer, our guests were blown away she was truly amazing. Vinyl & Velvet was supported by her husband and together they set everything up without any fuss. We highly recommend Vinyl & Velvet for any celebration. "

"We’re so glad we booked Acousticity, they were just what we were after for our wedding! We had a sound limiter at our venue, so were looking for something a bit quieter and they certainly delivered even with the volume limit. "Just a quick note to thank you to you and the band for all your work towards Saturday evening at Chawton Ball. You were prompt and flexible, particularly when our start timings shifted a bit! As I mentioned, there was quite a bit at stake and usual high expectations from the band – and you definitely pulled it off: the dance floor was fit to burst and everyone begged for more! Thanks for creating a playlist for us, too and patiently dealing with the quirks of working with volunteers. Overall the evening was a success (and that’s a huge relief!)."

"We had the pleasure of being entertained by these guys over Xmas. No gimmicks with these two just lovely acoustic guitar a stomp box and their lovely pure voices. Along with their set of classics they were more than happy to take requests - even the most obscure of tracks (and boy i had a few!) would be received with a warm response of "We can check that out later and have it ready for tomorrow" - which they did! On top of being accomplished musicians they are also a genuinely nice couple - thanks guys."

"What an awesome band! These guys sure know how to play! None of that ego-nonsense, just good tunes, great musicianship, and they know how to get your crowd going. There is banter if you want it, but essentially with these chaps it is understated musical excellence combined with professionalism and a genuine desire to make your party memorable. Loved them at my 50th, so booked them for my brother’s surprise party, and once again, they came up trumps - thank you guys, can’t wait to book you again!"
