"Brilliant band!! Highly recommend!"

"The Pretty Ugly were even better than we had hoped they would be. We had been to watch them perform at a venue in Sheffield where they were easily the best band on the night so we knew that we liked their sound and energy. They very kindly learned a few songs that we liked (Tom Walker and some songs by The Script) and encouraged us to send them a list of songs that we would like to hear on the night. They also came over to our venue to meet us and check out the logistics and their communication was always very prompt and professional. They really got the crowd up and dancing and so many people commented on what a professional sounding band they were. We also had a number of excellent musicians and music teachers amongst our guests so it wasn’t an easy crowd to impress! We will definitely follow their progress on social media and go to more of their gigs as they are definitely a band with a great sound and who have the potential to go far! Thank you again for making our wedding/party such a huge success!"

"We just thought we'd let you know that the band were absolutely brilliant, everyone was up dancing and having fun all night! They totally rocked it, were flexible, professional & friendly and an all round great band to have. We would highly recommend this band for any wedding/function. "

Having booked you twice now, once for our wedding in 2003 which you were just as brilliant at, and now for my birthday we are singing your praises and have already had a friend say they would book you for future events. "Well! Where do I start? Whisky & Ginger were just incredible. I cannot thank them enough. Every single song was exactly what the crowd wanted, and they even played some of our requests (sorry there were quite a few!). People are still talking about how good they were a week after our party. We would recommend anybody who is in two minds about booking to do so. Worth every penny. We’ll defo be booking again! Thank you thank you thank you!"

"Delighted with Fresh Grooves' performances at the weekend. We stretched our budget a little to add the brass section but it really paid off and made for an unforgettable night! They really are a very competent, very entertaining band. Full marks!"

"Utterly brilliant! They did an amazing set and really filled the dance floor. Not only were they extremely professional and an awesome band, they were brilliant on the lead up to the wedding day too. Great communication and just a wonderful group.
