Review Centre: 1970s & 80s Style Bands

"The AfterParty played an amazing 80s themed set for my 30th birthday. Louise communicated brilliantly and was in touch immediately after booking. She could not have been more considerate, particularly around timings and set up. They were completely punctual and flawlessly well organised and got themselves set up with minimum fuss. On the night when things were running slightly late they could not have been more understanding or accommodating. They even let my parents use their PA system for speeches. Anyway, onto the music. The band played BRILLIANTLY, they got everyone onto the dance floor and the lights (which they bring with them) are also fab. The demo videos do not do them justice, they were fantastic. All in all they made the night for me and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a party band. Thank you The AfterParty! "

"I had Loose Pockets playing at my birthday party. They brought so much happy mood with them, that even the older guests started moving their hips. The band members are an absolute likable European mixture with a vitalizing effect on everyone around. Their interplay felt like a well-composed dish and I look forward having more of it! "I first booked the Party Gangsters in April 2023 for our wedding in September 2023. Since booking the band their contact Tony has been available for any and all requests even including learning our first dance song. The band have been approachable, friendly, professional and overall a fantastic group of people to get to know. The band played our wedding and it's safe to say they brought the house down. What a performance! The entirity of the wedding was on the dance floor as the band played hit after hit without missing a beat. Enjoyed by all we were over the moon with them. I couldn't recommend booking this band any more if I tried. 11/10. My wife and I will be seeing them again soon as we can! "

"The 1Hit Wonder Show are fabulous. Sonia and Glen performed for me at the Golf Club for my Lady Captain's Charity Night. We had an absolutely fantastic time dancing the night away to some great songs. You will not be disappointed if you have the 1Hit Wonder Show perform for you."
