Ma Bessie and her Blues Troupe exceeded all expectations with a great narrative and music show at Bridgwater Art Center . Close your eyes and listen to Julia Titus a powerful voice packed with emotion and expression and you were back in the 1920's and 1930's. From performing in tents, speakeasies to Vaudeville to becoming the blues singer of the era . Bessie Smith was a legend . Ma Bessie and the Blues Troupe supported by The Rag and Moan Men are not to be missed!!"

"The band had such great energy and every song made you want to get up and dance - we don't remember one song that made us think 'time to get a drink or pop outside'. The dance floor was always full and so many people told us what a great time they had. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend you or book you again. Thank you for giving us and our guests such a fun night which we'll always remember."

"We booked Stephen and Milka for our recent wedding and we were glad we did. Right through from the planning stages to the wedding itself, they were a pleasure to be involved with. They were easy to talk to and friendly both towards ourselves and our guests. We had many compliments from our guests and they certainly created the atmosphere that we envisaged. They were very accommodating with our requests, both for the ceremony itself and for the drinks reception . They are both very talented and performed the music to perfection. If you are planning a wedding or event I would highly recommend Fresh Duo."

"As you can see from my heading I have booked the band on 3 separate occasions.. There's couple of reason why 1, they are highly professional 2, value for money 3, they make the night all the time.. you'll spend a lot of time reading reviews trying to find the best band to make your night and trust me 100% if I am organising any an event there's only one band I will use. Have a cracking events and get them booked before you miss out. As always thank you... #itsallaboutthedrummer "

"We chose Hetty and the Jazzato Band because they looked and sounded like a class act online- and they were on our wedding day! Hetty was professional and friendly from the off and met with me at the venue to discuss the event. The P.A. system being offered by my venue wasn't suitable for a band and Hetty sourced a suitable one at a better price. The band did 3 x 45 minutes sets of brilliant stuff, including all of our requests and Hetty did a playlist of my choosing for the intervals. The band are talented and trained musicians who charge a fair price for their services. All the guests had a good dance and have since sung their praises to me. They were the perfect band, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and we look forward to seeing them again soon. Grace and Robert"

"We booked The Blue Suede Shoes as a duo for an early evening slot in our festival style wedding & they didn't disappoint. Ben was very good to deal with from the outset & made us very comfortable in the choice we made. The double bass is superb and the lead singers voice is exceptional - many of the guests commented to me about it. Next time I'll have to see the full band line up! Thanks again for help make wedstock a day for us to remember. Krissy & Mike :) "

"LMM organised the setting up of the event in a very efficient friendly and helpful manner. Even when our original act pulled out unexpectedly Sarah-Jane bent over backwards to ensure we got a similar act at a similar price, all at relatively short notice We were delighted with tremendous set which Martin and Anna of the Ardvierikie Ceilidh Band performed for us all on our son’s wedding night; it exceeded all of our expectations! Right from the word go, their professionalism and enthusiasm shone through, with both demonstrating superb musicianship combined with the excellent calling skills of Anna who got everyone up on their feet for the whole night! It gave all of us all an amazing evening to remember all our lives and greatly contributed to the success of the wedding as a whole."
