Review Centre: Christmas Bands

"Dorchester Strings were incredible! They played beautifully during our drinks receptions, where is was so lovely to have them playing in the background. They mostly played modern music, that we had requested, so many guests commented saying it was like Bridgerton! Hearing them play was one of the highlights of our day, the only downside was we should have had them for longer as we had to go away for photos during part of our drinks receptions. We would highly recommend Dorchester Strings for any event and perfect for any wedding! "

"Thank you so very much for playing such a storming set at our wedding reception. The band were all great and the DJ set kept people dancing and the mood buoyant between sets - superb. All the photos of the night show a full dance floor which is what we wanted - excellent. Everyone had a great time. Goo Goo Dolls: Iris - Not an easy opener I know but you did us proud! I have been a fan of the Dolls since 1999, been to see them twice and its been a special song for Ceri and I for many years. You did a cracking cover for us. You made our night so special and I cannot count how many positive comments we have had about the set you played. You really made our reception so special to us. Two of our friends are getting married over the next year/18 months, they were there and all asked about you - your details have been passed on. Thank you once again."

"If you are thinking of hiring these guys, don't hesitate!!! They will MAKE your night. I can't recommend them enough. Lovely lads. Fantastic sets. Keep an eye on these lads, they are going far, had so much more to offer than other bands we looked at. So glad we booked them. "The band was fantastic - a great centrepiece for the evening reception! Excellent style and lots of fun for all generations. Four months on and we still hear a lot of praise for the band from all our guests. The logistics also worked perfectly, which is ever so important on the day. We would highly recommend them!"
