"Mark did the live music and dj'ing at my 50th birthday on Saturday and I'm so glad I came across him and he was free! Having live music really made the evening more special and the style of music Mark plays was ideal for us. He'd also asked for ideas for the Dj part and came with the playlists prepared which was fantastic. People danced all night and the feedback has been brilliant! Thanks Mark."

"So I have come back down to Earth from our honeymoon. I just wanted to Thank you so much for your beautiful harp playing at our wedding. It was fantastic and we have had numerous friends and family say have lovely the music was. I heard that the allocated lads got lost and ended up in Grantham when trying to get to the castle early to move the harp.. sorry about that! I hope it wasn't too stressful and once again thank you so much... we had a dream day with a magical soundtrack!"

"Goldsworth Gerry – I can’t thank you guys enough for making my 40th birthday party a truly fantastic night to remember. Literally everything went according to plan, and the playlist was spot-on. Martin made sure that I was kept up-to date with everything and I felt totally confident that they would deliver; and deliver is the understatement of the day. It was electric! After requesting one of my favourite songs by the Chilli Peppers very last minute, you pulled the most incredible performance out of the bag, and even let me fulfil my life-long dream and sing along with you. Friends and family were so impressed by the quality of your vocals and instrumentals throughout the evening. I’ve never heard so many encores! Can’t wait to see you play again. Thank you both!"

"First of all we would like to say how impressed and moved we all were by Andrew and Philip's performance yesterday. Andrews voice is truly amazing and my Mum would have loved it. During the wake everyone was saying how wonderful it was and that no one really knew if it was correct or appropriate to clap. Please tell him that everyone wishes they had and wanted to! Made it such a special night. Debbie 🙂Man in Blue Shades was absolutely outstanding. Communication from booking to the event was excellent. The energy he brought to the night was beyond amazing. He is so so talented. Everyone absolutely loved it, I highly recommend Man in Blue Shades to anyone. It was an 18th was a mixed crowd of family young and old and all my sons friends, eveyone was blown away. Even my 2 year old great nephew loved it. Best thing for a party and I am so glad I booked 🙂🙂"

"Nicola and Laura played for my wedding (both cellists), at the ceremony, reception and wedding breakfast. String Musicians have made it so easy and stress free for myself, during the planning and also on the wedding day. Once I told them what I wanted for the music (from the style of music to specific pieces), I did not need to worry about anything else. They worked with the registrar from the council to coordinate cues during the ceremony, so the transition between music pieces was seamless. Many guests commented how well they played throughout the day! Thank you!"
