"Charlie performed at my dad's 60th in Perthshire, there were 100 people there and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the ceilidh. Those who didn't dance enjoyed watching and it was a great atmosphere! Considering he was on his own I can only imagine how good the full band are. Highly recommended!"

"Liz played with her guitarist for our drinks reception at Northorpe Hall. What a lovely atmosphere it set for everyone there. The songs were perfect and the sound in the barn was great. Liz really did go out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us and we would have happily paid more than we did looking back. We had seen the full band and wanted to book them for the evening reception but they we're not available, gutted! Reviews go a long way these days and Liz deserves nothing but a glowing one as I could not fault anything at all. Such nice people to have as a part of the day. Highly recommended thank you to The Marvellous Motown Souls!"

"Joe stood in for a last minute cancellation and I’m so glad he did. Joe was fantastic and the ambience at our wedding was lovely. Everyone commented on what a great artist he was and what a great touch to have at the wedding. He made sure he knew what music we liked beforehand and I instantly knew I could trust him and let him get on and play. I would not hesitate to recommend Joe and will definitely be using him again in the future. Thank you so much for sharing our special day with us x"

"Billy played the bagpipes for a recent thanksgiving service in Holme next the Sea. Not only is he an extremely talented musician who made the service even more special with the sound of his pipes echoing around the church so beautifully and hauntingly.... but he's also a lovely, sincere and very kind gentleman. He was wonderful and gentle with the widow and had exactly the right sense of timing and humour for the occasion and he was so good with the grandchildren even letting them play his pipes. Billy was fantastic and we were all so thrilled he was able to be part of a moving thanksgiving service for a great Scottish gentleman (who we actually found out at the service was born in Derbyshire!!!!). "Couldn't recommend this guy more. He stepped in to do a last minute gig at Chandlers Bar despite having already performed that day, and was one of the most genuine, professional, friendly and talented musicians I've ever worked with. He judged the crowd on the spot and played what he knew they'd like, and took requests without any planning or notice. You will definitely not be disappointed if you book JayRar!"

"Lucy and Jack were amazing at our wedding. Everything we could have hoped for. They were great at learning my song requests for the whole day. Very reasonably priced for the incredible service they provide. Intimate and happy atmosphere created by their beautiful voices and musical talents! Completely perfected the musical genres we wanted of modern country and pop, with couple of older songs too. For any brides out there I highly recommend Lucy and Jack, and to have live singer whilst walking down the aisle, it was one of the most memorable parts of my day."

"We had the Ebor Quartet play at our wedding on Saturday and I honestly couldn’t have been any happier!! Conor was brilliant in terms of communication in the lead up and they created the ambience I had hoped for (and more) - it was beautiful! They played such a variety of music and made the welcome drinks time simply perfect! Thank you!! Really recommend and happy to be a reference if ever needed. X"
