"The party was a great success. Colin and I certainly enjoyed it. All aspects of the evening ran smoothly and you were terrific (as usual). "Sorry this is late as party was in November. Just to say the band was great and very accomodating. Had just plucked them off the internet for last minute party we had decided on. "Tijuca Taxi entertained at my 50th birthday in our large garden. He brought all his equipment and was ready to start straight away. He was a multi-instrumentalist, and I couldn’t believe it when he got out both saxophone and flute. He played beautiful music with a professional, original backing track, I noted, and it was wonderful to have that live element. He also changed costumes half way through which we were quite surprised and amused at; I thought that this really added to the high standard of his professionalism and the variety of what he offered. He was very easy to talk to and I would definitely book him again. Even the neighbours next door asked if the music was live as it sounded so special and they wanted to come and listen."

"Lost count of the number of friends who have called to tell me that was the best party they've been to in years, and that the Blues Brothers tribute made it! Thanks guys - you made me look really good :) lol Seriously, I was really impressed with your professionalism, equipment set up and organisation, and the show itself was awesome. Great songs, great vocals and as Chris said, "we're here for a good time, not a long time" Well, a very good time was had by all. Would definitely 100% recommend 106 Miles to Chicago."

"My partner and I spent a long long time looking into bands for our wedding, it was one of the most important things for us. We were looking for both a great track list but also a great feeling from band themselves. We ended up booking Henry and Shaun for an Acoustic Duo during the wedding breakfast and the 4 piece band for the evening. If you are thinking of booking SWB for any part of your wedding or any function... Do not hesitate! They were amazing start to finish, did an amazing job of getting people up dancing and really knew what they were doing. We had multiple people coming up to us in the evening and the following days commenting how great the band were and some of our friends even approaching asking to book them for their own functions. It truly was an amazing experience and we couldn't recommend the guys enough!"

"We hired Laura to play at our wedding, she was absolutely fantastic! Booking Laura was really easy and she took care of everything! She was more than happy to pull together a great playlist - and even learnt some pieces that were really special to us, such a lovely touch on our big day. Laura was really professional, arriving early and brought everything she needed. I would really recommend Laura - so many of our guests commented on the lovely playing. "These guys were amazing, made me feel centre of attention all night long. Ian really made my night special, his high energy, his interaction with the audience, they were an amazing group of fellas. I highly recommend them and will be booking them again! Thank you for making my 50th birthday so special, you guys were amazing! You sang a bit of Dolly, just for me. All your songs were my favorites. You didn’t just turn up do a job and leave you really interacted with us, you came into the dance floor and sang to the audience. Multiple shout outs to me. You made me feel special. I highly recommend you guys. And great communication since the day I booked you."
