"Mia and her Miacats played at our Silver Wedding Anniversary. They played as an acoustic duo as people arrived, nice and calm and in the background, but cranked it up with a great variety for two sets with the full band, and got everyone dancing. Many of our guests complimented us on our choice of band and the performance of the band, which was really great to hear. We would have no hesitation at all in hiring the Miacats again or recommending them to others."

"Booked them for my wedding reception Oct 2017. To be honest, they were really quite rude, especially Mick who led it. They arrived grumpy, ate loads of the food without asking, complained a lot, and one of them went around grabbing our guests to get them to dance. I don't consider myself fussy... but I expected more as a paying customer on my wedding day. Music was good to be fair though."

"We had an absolutely fantastic day and you really finished it off so well for us. Your music was excellent and we had so many guests approach us and comment on how good you are. "THE BLACK JACKS... Finding a wedding band is tough- you search on google, watch a couple of videos of a number of different bands, and have to settle for one not really knowing whether they’re any good live. Having done this, we were hopeful that The Black Jacks would be alright. They were BRILLIANT. From our first dance (The Kinks, You Really Got Me- which they do excellently!) to the last dance of the night, the dance floor was packed. They even smashed the DJ-ing of the iTunes music in the break between sets, playing great music that complimented the live songs. Every person that we have spoken to after the day has mentioned how great the music was. On top of all this, they are the nicest people- totally relaxed when our timings went out of the window, great to chat to at the end of the evening, and they even offered my mum a lift back to her hotel when we were let down by a cab! Thank you for a great evening guys. I cannot recommend them enough. Book this band!"

"We wanted to email you to thank you so so much for Saturday. All the guests have commented on how excellent you were , and it really made our wedding breakfast to have you play. Moonriver was just beautiful. You have been so professional, kind and fantastic to deal with since we booked you over a year ago. You were always so easy to get hold of and really made Matt and I feel like you wanted to make our day so special. You could not have done more. We could not be happier that we chose you for the wedding! "

"The highlight of the night is the musical score which has been devised by cast member Richard - L’Accordionist. He provides accompaniment using a variety of instruments including an accordion, tuba and even two pairs of scissors."

"I can't thank this band enough for bringing joy and memories to my birthday celebrations. They were extremely professional, friendly and sounded amazing. "The band played at our Ruby Wedding Party and all the band were helpful, communicative and a great set of musicians. They took time and trouble to learn and perfect our special request which was no mean feat as it was a song from the mid-seventies and they performed it fabulously! A memorable evening for all."

"Had W!RED in for our Macmillan charity night and boy we were not disappointed! They had the whole crowd dancing and made it a night to remember! We have had nothing but amazing feedback about the band from all our customers (some of which are hard to impress!) would highly recommend them to everyone and I will definitely be booking them again!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"I looked at hundreds of local bands and their YouTube sets before deciding to contact Radio Dukes because they looked like they created a great night. We couldn't have had a better band - they were amazing. From the first moment I spoke to Mitch he was accommodating, understanding and flexible to some of our unique circumstances. On the night the band members were fantastic and REALLY understanding of the dinner overrunning. They had everything set up in super quick time, had music to take us through dinner and had a couldn't do enough for us attitude. Most importantly though - they were bloomin' good! EVERYONE hit the dance floor for most of the night and the band created a fabulous atmosphere with a set that got everyone up and bouncing! If you're thinking about booking them - don't think - just do it - you won't regret it!"
