"Meredith arrived at our venue in good time, and was punctual and professional every step of the way. The sound of her harp was beautiful, and extremely soothing to the ears. The songs she played were varied, but familiar and the volume she set was perfect for the room we were in. If you need a harpist book Meredith. Everything about our booking with her was perfect."

"Having already seen Ruth play the harp in a number of concerts and performances in Newcastle, Lancaster and the Lake District, we couldn’t believe our luck when she offered to play at our wedding in the South of France. We cannot recommend Ruth highly enough, she is very professional and a delight to have around. All of our guests commented on her wonderful playing. Ruth’s music created a heavenly atmosphere in the 13th century chapel that we were married in, and also afterwards for the reception drinks in a nearby chateau. I still get butterflies when I think about how beautiful Ruth made Handel’s Passacallia sound while I was walking down the aisle. She also adapted some of our favourite songs to play while we were signing the register which made it really personal. We felt truly blessed to have such an accomplished harpist and such a beautiful person playing at our wedding and she made the day even more special. "

"...Just before we nip off on our honeymoon we just wanted to say a special thank you to Arianna who we didn't have a chance to thank on the day! The harp complimented our wedding so well and was a beautiful backdrop to the day. Arianna played a real mixture of contemporary and classical music - it added so much interest to the day as we tried to decide which contemporary song she was playing! "What an amazing performance for an amazing day. We hired Andrew for the biggest day of our lives and had many conversations prior to the day in order to make sure everything was spot on. Following his advice on numerous songs for particular parts of the wedding, it couldn’t have been more perfect. Our wedding was delayed by nearly an hour due to dress malfunction, but Andrew continued to perform for his audience and even threw in a dance, keeping the audience delighted. Watching back on videos of the wedding, it is quite clear that despite how important the day was, the quality of Andrews performance just made it even more emotional and really fitting for the day. I can’t thank him enough for all of his help, constant dialogue with organisation, quality of performance and general pleasantness. Music apart, Andrew is a very well mannered, polite and understanding individual who every guest warmed to during our day. Thank you for everything Andrew."

"How lucky were we to have Rebecca play the harp at our granddaughters wedding recently, she is such a lovely person and very professional in her approach and also in her performance, I would have no hesitation in recommending Rebecca to perform at your wedding/function and the next time I require a harpist, my first choice will definitely be Rebecca Mills."

"Tomas was fantastic!! He made my wedding extra special with his beautiful music. Tomas really listened to what we required and his communication has been excellent throughout. Our guests loved the variety he played on the day and he even managed to play an old Bollywood song on his harp for us! Would highly recommended!"

"We probably made things a little difficult for the Strings in that our guest ages ranged from 6 to 90 and in a vast open area, their sound was difficult to hear unless in the main lawn area, and people were wandering everywhere. Having said that, several guests gave me feedback that was very positive and that they enjoyed the music a lot. Jane and the guys co-operated fully with any requests made, and I got a lot of comments where people recognised tunes but without words made it a challenge to identify the song or artist. I had hoped to get a few people dancing but my attempt failed, guests were very much into conversations with friends and family they had not seen got for considerable time. Overall, the strings were very professional, please pass on my thanks to Jane and her colleagues, just a feeling that we did not do them justice."
