Review Centre: Wedding Musicians

"Robbie was recruited as an undercover agent – and he absolutely nailed the assignment! My now-husband (still feels surreal saying that!) and I knew from the moment we got engaged that we wanted a small, intimate ceremony surrounded by just our closest family. With such a small guest list, I was a bit nervous that having different suppliers involved might make things feel staged and take away from the personal atmosphere – but I couldn’t have been more wrong. We had already booked a live singer for the ceremony and drinks reception, and since Robin is a huge classical music fan, most of the songs were naturally chosen by me. I really wanted to incorporate his love of music into our special day, and that’s when I reached out to Robbie. Not only did Robbie put together a playlist based on my husband’s favourite songs and artists – he even went out of his way to learn two of his absolute favourites. Robbie performed during our wedding breakfast (as a complete surprise for the groom!) and coordinated setting up in secret perfectly. Everyone commented on how incredible the music was – they were truly blown away. We honestly can’t recommend Robbie highly enough – thank you for helping to make our day absolutely perfect!"

"We really enjoyed the show at Tunbridge Wells. My friend, who is a huge Dolly fan (she saw her at O2) said when she closed her eyes it could have been Dolly singing and she thought you were so much better than a previous Dolly tribute act she had seen. We bought your own album and it's great, you've written some really good songs. Hope to see you again someday."

"We had Rhiannon as our evening wedding singer and she was absolutely fantastic! Her voice is incredible — powerful, with a great country and rock vibe. She has a brilliant back catalogue of songs to choose from, which made it really easy to find the perfect vibe for our reception. Rhiannon truly kick-started the evening and got everyone up on the dance floor, creating a fun and memorable atmosphere from the start. On top of that, she’s such a lovely person — friendly, professional, and really easy to make arrangements with. Couldn’t recommend her more highly!"

"Slav was fantastic at our wedding and I would recommend him unreservedly! He was a big hit with our guests and he provided great music during our cocktail hour. The choice of songs/the vibe was perfect. Sadly we didn’t get to chat much to him ourselves on the day as we were busy having photos taken but our guests were all very complimentary of him! If you are looking for a fantastic sax player for your wedding then book Slav! "

"As soon as I had a date in mind for our wedding I messaged Davey. I have attended 2 weddings that Davey has been playing at and I was mesmerised both times. I could not have got married without having him play for us. We had him all day. He was fantastic!! He learned both my isle and first dance song and they was done perfectly. He really did do eveything To make sure we was happy. He listened to eveything we asked for and kept the dance floor full right untill the end . I can honestly say he made our wedding! The best!!!!!! "We hired 'Charles' for our wedding in July 2021, and found him perfect, and would love to book him again! His playing (guitar + loop system) and singing were excellent, and he was very engaging and interactive with the guests and in taking requests from his repertoire (and even one not on it, from the bride!). He also contacted us when he became stuck in traffic to keep us informed on his ETA, which was very helpful, set up promptly when he arrived and began as soon as possible. We would also give a top rating to Last Minute Musicians; the lady who responded to our availability enquiry was great in giving us regular updates and information on the booking process, even though we only booked with one week to go to our wedding!"
