They could not have been easier to work with, and they delivered precisely what we wanted without any fuss. The next day, our guests kept asking who the band were, where we found them etc. as they were so impressed. Book them!"

"Rob did the most wonderful job. Everyone commented on how amazing he was! Unfortunately, I was ill on the day so didn’t get to see him but I’ve had the most amazing feedback. Due to me being ill, the ceremony was 45 minutes late and Rob really pulled out all of the stops to keep the guests entertained! Thank you so much!"

"Much impressed. A highly entertaining mix of covers given an interesting twist, and what I especially like best, some brilliant, catchy and well-structured original songs. Elaine and Martin are both great performers and always leave you wishing the 'time' bell was that bit later and they were able to squeeze in another song or three."

"Wow - what can we say. Just terrific in every sense. Firstly Liam is such a lovely guy and a pleasure to work with and the value of that cannot be underestimated. As a musician he has such a presence, and amazing sound. He really set the tone and had everyone up dancing very quickly. And the feedback we have had from all of our guests is how much they loved his sound - I think one is going to book him for an upcoming party..... talking of which, we need to find an excuse to have a party so we can have him play again for us soon 5 star / recommended."

"THE BLACK JACKS... Finding a wedding band is tough- you search on google, watch a couple of videos of a number of different bands, and have to settle for one not really knowing whether they’re any good live. Having done this, we were hopeful that The Black Jacks would be alright. They were BRILLIANT. From our first dance (The Kinks, You Really Got Me- which they do excellently!) to the last dance of the night, the dance floor was packed. They even smashed the DJ-ing of the iTunes music in the break between sets, playing great music that complimented the live songs. Every person that we have spoken to after the day has mentioned how great the music was. On top of all this, they are the nicest people- totally relaxed when our timings went out of the window, great to chat to at the end of the evening, and they even offered my mum a lift back to her hotel when we were let down by a cab! Thank you for a great evening guys. I cannot recommend them enough. Book this band!"

"Cannot rate this band highly enough! House of Chords were really friendly and professional from the start. They were really helpful when putting together an appropriate set and gave us a lot of confidence. The quality of the set was brilliant and the dance floor was full throughout. "Jan is the perfect musician for any occasion. He played for our 40th birthday party. His play list is huge and to suit any taste. He was meticulous in all aspects of presentation and was enjoyed by everyone. He was also very approachable and willing to play anything that was asked."

"From the very first song this lady had us up on our feet! I danced in the rain for goodness sake. Her voice is incredible and her energy kept us moving all night. "Nigel played at our wedding ceremony, drinks reception and wedding breakfast at Luton Hoo....and was absolutely brilliant! Created such a great atmosphere throughout the day, included all our favourite songs in his play list. So many guests commented on what a great addition Nigel was to our day, and we can't recommend him enough! It really makes a big difference to have top quality live music throughout the day. From the moment we first contacted Nigel, the whole process was as smooth as can be - you have enough to worry about when planning your wedding, so to have suppliers like Nigel on board is exactly what you need. "The band were an absolute resounding success. The guests all commented on how good the band were, especially and the band gauged exactly the right sort of music to suit their audience. They arrived on time, were not at all demanding and were hard-working, shifting heavy and plentiful equipment up to the 1st floor. They were extremely punctual and polite and there was very little microphone chat, just lots of music! We were thrilled and I am sure we will be booking them again in the future, for school events."
