"Outstanding! The Flamingos performed at our charity Gin and Jazz event and were superb. A great chilled out sound, they had our customers bopping along in their seats. Would not hesitate to book them again."

"Tom sang at our daughters wedding and was just brilliant. Turned up in good time to set up, looked so smart and then gave two brilliant sets of music that the whole audience absolutely loved. The wedding was quite simply breathtaking from start to finish and the only critiscism I received was that I didn't book Tom for a longer time!"

"You want good vibes, swingy jazz and a trumpet sound smooth as honey? This is your band. I watched them by chance at Ruby's, a cocktail place in Dalston and for not expecting anything this was really a revelation. I couldn't keep my feet still... They play with so much joy that it carries you straight away."

"The Wigornia String Quartet were very helpful and courteous when we booked them to play at our wedding reception. We were able to select a very wide selection of music from their enormous repertoire and they played it all really beautifully. Highly recommended."

"Sonia played to a packed and appreciative house at St Ives Jazz Club with two thoughtfully considered and slickly performed sets of songbird standards, mingled with the occasional more modern classic from the likes of Randy Crawford and even Sting. The band accompany Sonia with a suitably understated groove, giving this blossoming vocalist plenty of space, but impress when it’s called for with some fine solo and ensemble instrumental play – all very solid musicians, making this band an impressive and satisfying unit!"

A great singer with a strong unique vocal and is very creative in a studio environment. Amy is so easy to work with and really down to earth. "We were absolutely delighted with Astri Strings (Victoria & Jude), who played at our wedding. From the very start, communication with them was so easy and stress-free — they were professional, warm, and accommodating to every request. Their repertoire is incredible, covering everything from classical and jazz through to modern-day hits. One particularly special touch was when they learnt and performed the song I wanted to walk down the aisle to, even though it wasn’t on their list. That meant the world to me, and it was played so beautifully. They performed seamlessly as our guests arrived, throughout the ceremony, and into the drinks reception, creating a lovely atmosphere from start to finish. So many of our family and friends commented on how stunning the music was, and we couldn’t agree more! We would 100% recommend Astri Strings to anyone planning a wedding or any other celebration.
