"I booked this band for my birthday party and so glad I did - they are brilliant. Ian communicated with me at regular intervals regarding my booking and checked if I wanted to change or add anything. He emailed all the documentation I needed regarding, electrical safety certification and contract so I could pass on to venue. They are a very friendly bunch, nothing too much trouble and checked in with me throughout the evening. They are very talented musicians and learnt the song I requested and did it proud. They also DJd in-between the band sets and the price was very reasonable. Very happy with this band, you won't be disappointed."

"We had the absolute pleasure of having The Scott Standards perform at our Christmas party - they were exceptional. The lead singer’s voice, presence and professionalism was outstanding from start to finish. They created the perfect atmosphere, captivated the entire room and brought an energy that truly elevated the evening. Our guests were full of compliments and many commented on how their performance made the night feel extra special. We would not hesitate to hire them again and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a talented, engaging and highly polished jazz ensemble. They helped make our event unforgettable."

"Lara's music absolutely saved the day for our Vegas family party. Not only was her voice incredible. She partied with us and she got involved with chatting and entertaining all the guests no matter what age. She learnt specific songs at our request and gave us a full rundown of the songs she already had in her repertoire. Genuinely the best booking for live entertainment I’ve ever made. And I can assure you it won’t be the last booking either. She’s Fantastic. "

"Ebor Quartet played at our wedding last weekend at The Grand Hotel in York. They played for both our ceremony and cocktail hour and were absolutely stunning from start to finish. So many of our guests commented on their performance & our little 2 year old nephew couldn't get enough of them - applauding each time they finished a song! They really added that magical sparkle one wants at a wedding. Ebor were recommended by our venue and I can see why. From the moment we booked them, Conor was helpful and communicative via email, and easily adapted to any requests we had. We decided fairly late on in the planning process to extend cocktail hour out a little longer to ensure myself and my new husband would be able to enjoy time with our guests and Conor quickly assured me they'd be able to stay for the extended time & enabled us to make an extra payment for the added time. They honoured all requests we had when it came to song choices (eg: My Girl for the aisle walk, and we wanted Vivaldi's Spring to open cocktail hour but were otherwise flexible on the order of our chosen songs) They also provided a bit of guidance where relevant - helpful when one doesn't book these sorts of things on a regular basis! Overall - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ebor - if you're thinking about booking them, go for it ✨️ Our guests are still talking about them! 💙"

"PHENOMENAL!!! Absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! Martin is a legend. First heard him playing in Lincoln and booked him and sooo sooo pleased we did. Brilliant at communicating with us, he has a great repertoire of songs to choose from. He even managed to learn a song we wanted that wasn’t on his list. It was brilliant!! I really can’t recommend him highly enough. Seriously talented. Thank you for making a great day amazing and everyone has been saying how great you were. "Gemma was an amazing find, her voice is so beautiful. Everyone commented about how lovely her voice was, and we truly appreciate her making the wedding ceremony that little bit extra special. She liased with the bride and groom early on so that everything was in place for the day and she arrived in plenty of time and looked lovely. Would buy any recording she made most beautiful voice and lovely lady. Can not recommend her enough. Thank you, Gemma."
