"I wish to convey my and my family's very warmest thanks for playing your Pipes so beautifully at my husbands funeral last Friday. Seeing you in all your finery, walking in front of the hearse in the sunshine was a sight to savour in the years to come. Everyone appreciated your skills and the lovely music we were hearing. I hope you get some satisfaction from knowing you played such an important role for a fellow Scot and his family."

We just wish we had booked you for the evening as well! Sorry we weren't there to thank you before you left hope you enjoyed playing for us! "We’d like to extend a huge thank you to It’s No’ Reel who performed at our wedding and helped make the evening party really amazing. The band sounded fantastic and were really professional and managed to put on exactly the type of ceilidh we hoped for – one where the guests got to have a wee break in between every couple of songs while they kept the evening going until we had a chance to recover! We had lots of great feedback from our guests about how amazing the band were and how well they managed to explain each of the ceilidh dances for those that had never done it before. This was really excellent as a big worry of ours before the wedding was that some of our guests who had never ceilidh danced before might not take part for fear of not knowing what to do but we’ve since seen the photos and managed to confirm that pretty much every single guest made it onto the dance floor! The fact that the dance floor remained pretty packed all evening too is another amazing achievement and a testament to how great a job the band did. We will definitely recommend It’s No’ Reel to anybody in need of a great ceilidh band as they were absolutely superb! Many thanks again for making our special day so awesome!"

"I had always wanted live music at my Hen Do and boy did my Bridesmaids deliver! I had no idea what I was doing for my hen do and on the Friday night we had a knock at the door of our big house in Derbyshire and Lunar Acoustic arrived. They absolutely made my night, perhaps even my whole weekend. They set up in the kitchen and played their set and they were absolutely incredible! Christina has a stunning voice and with Harry's wonderful guitar playing they make the dream team. They played some great songs to get us all singing along and even learnt some songs my friends asked them to play as they were favourites of mine which really gave it the personal touch. I could not recommend them enough for any event, wedding, party or even hen do - they're a very personable pair who know exactly what they're doing. Thank you again, you were excellent."

"I can definitely recommend Myles as a very good jazz guitarist. He plays gentle Jazz standards with great style. I did not give him any requests so he played his standard play list. It was ideal for my party and gave it some great atmosphere."

"I booked JR Entertainments for an annual dinner event at my golf club, Selby GC. From the initial contact, Jack and Ryan were quick to respond and suggested an excellent evenings entertainment, namely, an hour of close up magic followed by a disco. They turned up on time, got themselves set up and were ready to start an hour of tremendous fun. Both Jack and Ryan were able to amaze with some very clever and to be honest, bewildering magic, which went down a treat. We agreed that we would have relatively quiet background music during dinner and when the plates were cleared, we enjoyed an evening of popular music from the sixties all the way through to relatively new stuff. I can absolutely recommend Jack and Ryan to anybody looking for a one stop solution for music and magic. The boys offered great value and if the right opportunity arises, I would not hesitate in working with Jack and Ryan again. Thank you"

"Superb musicians! Very atmospheric music which is great as background music but equally (in our case) suited to getting everyone whirling around on the dance floor with fast paced gypsy jazz numbers! Really made my party go with a swing and I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Thank you so much."
