"Our original piper emailed me at 9:30am on our wedding day to cancel the booking for valid reasons however, they did not call me and it was only by chance I saw their email. We found Julia who luckily was free, she had around two hours notice to put on her Highland dress, drive 12 miles, set up and play for our guests. She was there on time and learnt the song I wanted piped down the isle to, on the way. She was amazing, and played absolutely beautifully. I wanted to wait to walk down the isle so I could hear her play more of the song that I loved, it made me so emotional hearing her play. Our guests loved her too, and all complimented on how well she played. I would recommend Julia for your event and she will always be my first piper to call for any future events. We are eternally grateful for all that you did Juli, thank you. "

"Vicki was absolutely amazing, incredibly talented, we chose a selection of songs from a vast set list, she made our day so special and memorable too, playing to over 60 guests in our garden, everyone enjoyed immensely and was asking where we found her! We highly recommend Vicki for any event, she is superb! "

"DJ Karl Joseph communicated well before the event. He arrived on time. He played music from a Spotify list we’d given him to adapt to the mood of the party. He also took requests. Everyone had a great night dancing and had great memories, Thank you, I highly recommend DJ Karl Joseph."

"Very polite to everybody & really professional act on stage . Would recommend this group for any occassion as i think they would fit in with any type of party . Everybody remarked " good food & brilliant group " & a few were looking them up on their i-phones to possibly book for their parties. "

"Acquiesce definitely rocked our party on Saturday night!!! They are AMAZING, definitely not your run of the mill function/covers band, these guys have REAL talent....proper accomplished musicians and really nice guys too!! Matt was so accommodating and patient in the planning stages, he just assured me every step of the way that it would be a fantastic event and he was sooooo right. They are incredibly professional; everything is planned to the letter so I didn't have to worry about a thing. I can't believe how many songs they did and every one was fantastic, it was so cool watching our friends singing along and going crazy. I'm still on a high from the best birthday party ever..thank you so much Acquiesce, can't wait to see you again...we are officially your biggest fans!!!"

"Just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for putting on such a good show last Friday. It really made it a very special night for me, much better than having a disco all night. Everyone that spoke to me after the event commented on how good the band was and felt it made more of an occasion of it. I have to say it really was great to see so many people up on the floor at the end of the night enjoying the music. "Davey Wilson was amazing, he’s a really great singer and musician. We had a small wedding of around 70-80 people at Shottle Hall, Derbyshire. He turned up early to setup, engaged with our guests and played an amazing set. Everyone at the wedding commented at how good Davey was. Definitely made the night! Someone at our wedding is thinking of booking him for their wedding. Thanks so much. "

"Lilac, Remko and all of the band are simply brilliant!! Wholeheartedly recommended! We hired Funk With Us to play at our wedding party. From the very first enquiry Lilac was super friendly, very considerate of what we wanted, flexible and always there to answer our questions and offer good suggestions on the song lists, set-up, etc. And the performance on the night was amazing!! High quality sound and musicianship, but more importantly the whole band did a fantastic job in creating a fun party vibe which got everyone dancing for hours. All of our guests commented for days afterwards how great they were! Thank you Funk With Us, you guys rock!!! ?"
