"I booked John on Saturday 15th Feb 2020 for a Johnny Cash tribute night. The evening was planned to encourage customers to book a night out following the Friday Valentines evening. John did not disappoint …………….. Since taking over the Golden Boar, the evening was one of the best nights we've had so far. From when he arrived, set up through to a packed dance floor he was professional and a true entertainer. He will definitely be coming back Thanks John for a great night "

"Just wanted to say how pleased we were with Velvet Stars Collective they were absolutely fantastic and really made our evening reception they were top class. We have had nothing but compliments on the entertainment and we have even been asked for there details from several of our guests.so thank you again for everything you've all been so helpful."

"We had a fabulous night when Free Sprit cane to Netherseal Village Hall . The mix of music was great and got us up dancing and singing. Great night was had by us all and booked again for next year "

"Just wanted to tell you how much we appreciated you being at Riley’s first birthday gathering. She’s not used to all that attention from people but with you there she remained her happy curious little explorer self and didn’t get overwhelmed by the music. That meant so much. The music was just brilliant we loved what you played for us, and the chat in between was spot on. Feel very lucky that you were free that day, so thank you so much, you made her birthday something really very special!"

"Thank you so much Andrew for helping me give my mother and grandmother the best party ever. From the day I booked to the day of the event it was easy and stress free. Andrew touched base with me for a general chat about the event I was having and making sure He got all the correct info to give us a brilliant evening and that he did. My guests 4 days later are still talking about the evening and how amazing Andrew was with entertaining us all. It was such a mixed age group. From young children to Teenagers to 20s 30s 40s right up to late 80s and the fact he gave every single person the most fun night I’ll forever be grateful. We all have the party blues and wish we could do it all over again. It was my first booking with Andrew and it will definitely not be my last. "Absolutely brilliant!! Phil is very talented and had a great set list of songs to play which started off as background music while people were arriving/drinking and then got into the party spirit to get everyone on the dance floor! He was able to play song requests on the spot (including a great rendition of Dolly Parton 9-5 which he’d never played or sung before!) and was very accommodating with the timings of his sets to suit the rest of the evening - we did one 30 minute set and two 45 minute sets. Everyone said how brilliant he was and we will definitely be booking him again for future events - absolutely fantastic!"

"That's Entertainment! Miss Rosalind wowed the audience with her wonderful voice and razor-sharp wit. It's the type of entertainment our grandparents would have loved... but with a modern twist! Perfect! Wonderful night out, heartily recommended! 10/10"

"Prior to our wedding Neil contacted us to see what type of performance we wanted, songs we wanted to be included (and excluded), and he learned a song for our first dance that wasn’t in his repertoire. On the day, he arrived in good time to set up and prepare for his performance. At one point during the time he was setting up the hotel wedding coordinator thought she was listening to a new version of a song on disc only to discover Neil was doing the vocal for his sound check! When it came to his performance, we can only say it was superb. Neil performed two 45 minute sets and played music before, between and after his sets. We were quite blown away with the quality of his performance, vocal ability and the clarity of his sound system. His performances were the perfect end to our special day and we couldn’t have wished for more. We’d like to say a huge ‘Thank You’ to Neil for the wonderful part he played on our Wedding Day. We can’t praise him highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to anyone. To put it simply, this guy is a star and we are just looking for an excuse to book him again....!"
