"This very talented lady sang our first dance at our wedding and rearranged the song we wanted which made for a beautiful version of 'i'm gonna be (500 Miles)' by the Proclaimers. Awesome!"

"We booked Caravan Swing for our charity event in at Gallery House -they were fabulous! The musicians were great and the band entered the spirit of the evening, despite playing outside on a slightly chilly Aberdeenshire evening. Thank you - we hope you will come back!!"

"Wow what can we say! Relative Cool performed at our wedding reception and were just amazing. We had so many compliments on how good they sounded and the music. They got the party going and kept everyone up and dancing for the evening! Thank you so much again- we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or book in the future! "

"Black Velvet Band Ceilidh Trio – International Student’s Ceilidh – July 2025 This is the second time we have booked the Black Velvet Band for our summer ceilidh, and it was such fun! The band ran two different dancing sessions for our international students and were very patient with explaining the dances and encouraging all students to participate. The music was brilliant and energetic, and all three band members were so kind and even paused for a photoshoot with the students. We are looking forward to next summer already. I’d absolutely recommend them for any event/party/celebration!"

"Jess is a great, talented singer with beautiful voice. She can create a nice, relaxing atmosphere. She is passionate about what she is doing, put people on ease and can bring the spark to her entertainment. Our Homeowners also commented about her friendly, kind personality and she was able to bring everyone together and create a sense of unity. She was also immaculate in her appearance and her performance was just stunning!"

"I just want to say a huge thank you! You were absolutely amazing yesterday!! I enjoyed every minute of listening to your amazing talent. I can't tell you how brilliant you were.. I had so many comments from my guests saying how brilliant they though you were! So thank you so much all of you. And also I would like to apologise for not coming over to introduce myself so we could meet in person! I hope I didn't come across rude! I just got so caught up in the day and things happening it seemed to just pass so fast and before I knew it you had left! Again thank you all! "Will was fantastic! He has a great choice of songs and his performance was brilliant. Everyone commented on the great music and how well he played. He really got the crowd going and we had a great night. Would definitely recommend Will for any type of function. Thank you Will!"

"It's No Reel were absolutely fantastic! Tom made all of the pre-wedding arrangements very easy and he was very accommodating with our timings and choice of first dance. They were absolute pros from the start, the set up was seamless and they really had an amazing sense of the room and how to engage everyone. The music itself was fantastic and really filled the room creating such a wonderful ambience for the rest of the evening. We had guests that had never been to a ceilidh dance before and they loved it and found the instructions really easy to follow. We really enjoyed the little quirky Michael Jackson tribute in one of the dances and some of the interesting variations of the dances we had never done before. The mini disco at the end was also brilliant and completely on point with the music I had suggested. We would highly recommend It's No Reel!"

"Mood Swings provided the entertainment for a birthday garden party, and were the stars of the day. Perfect for the occasion, and thoroughly enjoyed by all my guests - and my neighbours! Highly recommended; arrangements made easily, they arrived promptly and performed a great choice of music. "
