"Alex was absolutely perfect in every way; couldn't have wished for anything better. Just seemed to know what to do and when to do it and made no demands at all on me; just got quietly on with what he had been paid to do. Being unfamiliar with this situation I wondered how many drinks he might require; the answer..... asking me where he could get a coffee before he started. Thank you and very well done Alex."

"Malcolm absolutely blue away my mind away when he came and played the bagpipes at my 80th birthday on Sunday 12th June, my birthday being on the 13th, Malcolm was the complete professional, extremely obliging and very talented, nothing was too much trouble for him, anyone who would like a piper for any special occasion I would have no hesitaion in recommending Malcolm Smith, Malcolm from the bottom of my 80 year old heart a MASSIVE thank you. "Thank you so much for everything on Saturday, the mix of music was fantastic and you have an amazing voice! So many of our guests commented to us about how brilliant you were; one of them even wanted to book you for her daughter's 18th birthday! We were very pleased with the set list, and I think you'll agree that we had many friends and family who were willing to drop their inhibitions and dance the night away, the dance floor was regularly packed which was just how we wanted it to be. You completed our day! Thank you so much, we would thoroughly recommend you to others. We wish you all the best with your own wedding and the future. "

"We had the wonderful Ruth to play at our daughter's wedding and she was superb. Some rather modern music was requested and Ruth gladly obliged! Ruth played leading up to the wedding, the wedding itself and for about an hour afterward whilst people where mingling around and the photographs where being taken. She also played a request from one of the older members of the wedding. We cannot recommend her highly enough."

"Live Looping Violinist made our dream wedding come true, and we warmly recommend him. He was exceptionally helpful in the preparations of the program for the ceremony. He was easy to communicate with, trustworthy and responded quickly to all our emails. Because of he's amazing music, The ceremony became the most memorable part of the wedding. Forever grateful and forever in our hearts!"

"We hired the Captain's Beard last year and they got the whole boatload of us up and on our feet jigging our hearts out. You'll be surprised how many nautical ballads you know the words to once they get into full swing. Why are the Captain's Beard so great? Because they arrrRRRRRR! "

"Have worked with these lads many times over this last year on events from beer festivals to Weddings. They have great energy whilst playing both popular cover songs and there own music and never fail to get the crowd up and dancing on the tables."

"Our stretto duo (Dan on cello and Adrian on violin) we're utterly fantastic. I had made the booking for our pre-wedding drinks reception fairly last minute as I had a minor panic about a lack of "atmosphere", and I needn't have worried because the pair bought energy and a fantastic repertoire. Many of our guests commented on how great they were, and chastised me for not thanking them in my speech. So, THANK YOU SO MUCH!"

"Funk’N’Soul performed at a wedding celebration held at Maisemore Gloucestershire on 28 August. The two hour set and DJ kept everyone on the dance floor, which was exactly what was wanted!! Awesome night!"
