"I hired the Hound Dogs for my 50th birthday and they were brilliant. There was a range of ages from 20 to 90 at the party but they managed to get pretty much everyone to dance (including my husband who hates dancing). They are a fantastic musicians and also really nice people - there was some confusion over timings from the venue and they volunteered to go over the finish time quoted in order to complete the set. Highly recommended."

"Tony was absolutely amazing for my 50th party. The support that he offering from the initial booking through to the day was fantastic. He sang a range of 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s so well. He adapts to the crowd and got everyone up dancing. You won’t be disappointed so I would throughly recommend. I would definitely book him again. Just fantastic. "

"I really enjoyed these two. Great sound for just two people and the Blondie songs were bang on. All the other songs were fantastic too. Played loads of my favourites and they play for longer than anyone else by far. "

"We had a great night at our retirement do. The band were brilliant and got everyone involved. I have had so many positive comments from people who attended including - it was the best night out I have ever had!! We were a pretty lively lot but Kip was very patient in explaining the dance when we just didn't get it. I would highly recommend The Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band to anyone who is planning a fun filled evening. Thank you very much indeed. I will always remember what a wonderful evening I had when I retired from teaching. Alison (Torquay)"

"Robert and Fiona were not only full professionals they were fantastic musicians who took all our guests through the repertoire of jazz and contemporary music. Robert is a master of the piano who is able to exude an effortless poise with his fingers. The grand piano merely aided his talents. Coupled with the vivacious voice of Fiona well like us all your in for a treat. Thank you for making our Xmas event a lasting event. Waiting for the next gig! "

"Andy was the most natural showman we've had in our club in 20 New Years. I can't speak too highly of him. A brilliant and engaging act, he had even the most curmudgeonly of stalwarts shaking their things before midnight. We can't wait to have him back here. A rare and genuine talent.
