"I have to say it gives me great pleasure to write a review for Simon and Martyn. I found them by sheer chance on Google and I made a email enquiry. Straight away I was greeted by Simon introducing himself and arranged a Skype session where he would play to see what we thought. I have to say whoever books them both are in for a treat!!! they are so professional and questions were answered and any worries I had were already in hand and reassured immediately. Just what you need when you are planning your wedding is one less worry :-) on the day they were outstanding!!! we both enjoyed every minute of it. I have to say I could not fault them for anything well done! Thanks so much for being part of our special day x. "

You were brilliant. Just what I had hoped for when we booked you. The level was just right and the sets had a great mixture. Thank you again. "Dave is a superb and very professional Sax Player. He is also a really nice man. He so made my birthday party go with a swing. My friends and family haven't stopped talking about him since the party. He communicates well and finds out beforehand which songs you particularly like from his repertoire. He is very approachable and friendly and mixes well with the guests. His unique style of mingling with the audience goes down very well. I cannot wait to book him for my next party. He sounds at the party just as he does on his website. I could not have found a more professional player. Several of my friends have asked for his contact details. Thank you again Dave for making the day so special. "

"I just wanted to thank you for playing at our Wedding last Wednesday in Rye. You were very kind to a nervous groom and cheerful too! You played beautifully and really helped make the occasion wonderful. It was definitely your playing, when I walked up the stairs to meet the Registrar before the ceremony that set me off emotionally! And it was great just listening to your playing when there was a delay at the start, waiting for Louise to come in. That's something that a CD player is never going to be able to deal with! The Best Man told me that you had managed to get the harp down the stairs, whilst the pictures were being taken so hope that was not a problem... I had allocated some helpers. Hope you get a chance for another holiday soon... don't let it be 3 years again. "

"I just wanted to say what a fantastic concert we had with you on 7th October. We had great reviews from the attendees, and I can honestly say that I wasn’t joking when I said that I thought I had fallen a little bit in love with opera, in a way that I wasn’t when I got up that morning. Your choice of music was wonderful, and I loved your expressions and that little white handkerchief in Musica Proibita! I thought your enunciation was brilliant (and a few other people in the audience commented on this too) and speaking as someone who is half Italian, your Italian pronunciation was impeccable. In short, you have a beautiful voice. So thank-you for coming to Lowther and I truly hope I can see you in concert again sometime in the future."
