Within a group or company Joanna stands out and shines, you are naturally drawn to her. Watching Joanna perform is nothing but a privilege and I cannot recommend her enough. "

""Rory's timekeeping was exceptional, arriving over an hour before the start time. His set was very professional offering various genres in his performance. His sax was really the life and soul of the party. He was very energetic moving about the room and getting involved with the audience.""

"Absolutely brilliant performance at our party! Mitch brought his DJ/percussion combo and honestly, it was a game-changer. What could’ve been just a regular office do turned into something really special. The live drumming during the DJ sets got everyone up on their feet and made the night one to remember. From start to finish, everything was super easy to organise and went off without a hitch. Our team’s still talking about it, and we’re already thinking of booking again next year! "

"The Woolers played at my mums 50th and really made the night special. Their choices of covers pleased everyone of all generations and they played them so well that sometimes you forgot it wasn't the actual band playing! Would recommend to anyone."

"I cannot fault this band in any way! We kept the ceilidh as a surprise for our wedding guests and it went down as well as we had hoped! The caller was excellent and all the guests engaged well and the dances were so fun and energetic. We have had so many compliments since our wedding about that and can't wait to see the professional photos because we know they will show just how much fun we had. The band then continued on for another hour playing covers of popular wedding songs which was also excellent. The band were very quick, efficient and professional, and the booking process, forms and numerous zoom calls made the whole thing very easy and stress-free. We really can't recommend this band enough!!"

"Nev and Russ are great in a pub, getting people singing along to songs from different decades that people know. They have a tight sound with two guitars and vocal harmonies. With just the two of them they can fit into a fairly small space. They also adapted really well to our family friendly early evening music night with lots of younger children and parents. They relate well to all ages, come across as friendly and just happy to be making music, which is infectious. "

"Booking on last minute musicians was easy and from the start we had great communication from Sarah Jane, responding to emails quickly and negotiating the cost. On the day Lindsay arrived early to set up and was professional and friendly throughout. She did an amazing job providing music during the reception drinks and made the day that extra bit special. We are really lucky that we managed to have her perform at the wedding. All the guests commented on how great she was and we would definitely recommend her."

"Alfie and the "Hot Hats" were amazing! They absolutely made our wedding celebration. They were very professional, flexible, reassuring and calm in the run-up to the big day - no dramas, everything was easy, and we knew we were in good hands. They turned up early and brought great sound and light kit with them (easily big enough for our festival-feel outdoors event). They played all the tunes we'd requested beforehand for the DJ set, then proceeded to wow everyone with upbeat live playing and singing from their extensive set list that got everyone to their feet. We won't forget everyone sitting down to James's "Sit Down" in a hurry! Alfie was great with the crowd and he and Owen were not only extremely good musicians (we had some professionals in the audience who also commented on how good they were) but also really nice chaps to have around - they just made the whole thing happier and more fun. What more could you ask for from a wedding band? We're so very pleased we found Hot Hats and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Alfie!"

She is also the engine that drives this show, the woman who believes that this is her job, the woman who commissioned the script and the running order, who finds people who can work with her and dedicates months of her life to getting it done. "I first saw Station 2 Station play over 2 years ago and have been frequently attending their local shows ever since. Not only are they are really talented in playing a range of tracks, but they're also great guys. I booked them for a friend's leaving party back in the summer and everybody loved them. They were perfect for those wanting to get up and dance, but also for those wanting to sit back and appreciate their talent. At the request of the guests they were happy to play a couple more songs at the end of their set and had also gone to the trouble of learning my friend's favourite song with only 3 days notice. Would 100% recommend!! "
