"Brass Junkies were a brilliant addition to our wedding celebrations. They were a massive hit with all of our guests and we were over the moon with how fabulous they were. The music was perfectly selected for the occasion, the band were very friendly and easy to contact, and the whole performance was spot on from start to finish. Thank you all so much!"

"There is absolutely no question about Louise's talent, attention to details, patience and professionalism. Here's the reasons on why Louise is a must-have cellist at your event: From the get-go, she responded to emails promptly and was very helpful in providing me all the relevant details as well as what type of equipment might be needed. Louise is completely transparent and charges good rates for her work. Louise made sure that she learned and accommodated all the songs I wanted played during my wedding ceremony. She dealt with an indecisive bridezilla like me and sent me multiple versions of recordings to choose from with no hesitation and really quickly. She went one step further and contacted me when I was too swamped and forgot to reply to her with my song preference one week before my wedding. She caused me no issues on the day of my ceremony and arrived early with her setup ready to go. She was helpful in reminding me that music can be played as we signed our marriage registration as well and I left it in her capable hands to play a song for me and she did that. That was the explanation for her professionalism but now for her talent.... My walk down the aisle was an absolute dream- I am an extremely hard to please person (trust me, I am an absolute Karen) but she did such an impeccable job, I was singing her praises even the next day. Right before I walked down the aisle, she had perfect timing- she stopped playing minutes before I came out and my partner said that added to the tension and she played the Iris by goo goo dolls (my chosen song for my wedding march). The beauty of her cello in the large hackney Atria was so amazing, the feeling in the room was indescribable. My partner (that never cries) was crying as I walked down the aisle. The music amplified our emotions and it was so romantic!! I was getting emotional as well. At the end of our ceremony, her rendition of accidentally in love was so upbeat and nice! She continued playing as I made it to the end and it was beautiful, she stopped at the perfect time and I just can't get over that very moment. After the entire ceremony, poor Louise didn't take any breaks and kept playing all the songs I chose. She is extremely extremely professional and the nicest person. This is not a bias or paid review but honestly, I love her work so much. Definitely recommending her to anyone I know getting married. Also, I've watched multiple cello videos on Youtube of Iris and on other sites, and the notes used were always never quite right for me (even though I am not a musician by any measurement of the imagination) but I knew I wanted something slower yet still capturing the emotion and attention and she played it perfectly without me even telling her about what I was thinking. A true professional that doesn't need any hand holding or guidance. She does it all to perfection. Louise, you made my wedding day really special. Thank you so much, I really made the right choice with you. "

"BEST BAND EVER!! Lilac and her 6pc funk band played at our wedding in Summer 2021, and Rem DJ'd. Both sets were absolutely fantastic! In the build up to the wedding, Lilac and Rem were incredibly helpful in guiding us through our playlist, identifying crowd pleasers and song collections which worked incredibly well together. They were both full of ideas and suggestions and left no stone unturned in their preparations! Planning our evening set with them was a real giggle! They were very clear in outlining their requirements on the day, and recommending what timings would work well. They were also incredibly understanding, cooperative, and willing to be flexible as we waited to plan our wedding around COVID. On the day, Lilac and the team were full of energy and this reverberated around the room, creating a truly special atmosphere! Lilac has an amazing, soulful voice and so much stage presence! The saxophonist was also outstanding!! They kept the dance floor filled all evening and full of noise as we all sang along. Lilac and the team's set was incredible, and they kept going beyond the two 45 min slots to all of our delight! Rem's DJ set to conclude the evening was incredible! He struck a really great balance between old school classics and more modern, higher tempo tunes. We'll remember excitedly dancing along to Avici and Craig David, and finishing off with a sing along to Wonderwall, Sweet Caroline and Angels, with all our best friends surrounding us, for the rest of our lives! Thank you so much for a massive contribution towards making our wedding the best day of our lives! "

"We booked Anna to perform at our Silver Wedding Anniversary event where we had guests across a wide age group. Without exception every single guest commented on the amazing performance that Anna gave – her set of 50’s and 60’s classic’s fitted perfectly with the theme of our evening and we could have been in a New York supper club from that era. Her delivery was effortless and the quality of her voice was exceptional – without doubt she put the gloss on what was a fantastic evening and the dance floor was never empty. We would have no hesitation in recommending Anna to anyone wanting to add a touch of class to their event, we only wish we could do it all again! "

"To say you guys were great would be a major understatement. We knew from your repertoire and online reel that you guys were going to be good, but you blew everyone away. Your vocals and musicianship were just outstanding and all of our guests had a total blast. Not surprisingly, several people told me "this is the best wedding band I've ever seen." We agree and were particularly impressed with your ability to fuse new music with funk and disco classics to make truly excellent sets. And you played our wedding song perfectly. Best moment of my life. We really cannot thank you guys enough for making the trip to Italy to celebrate with us. "When Vasili kindly agreed to perform at our parish wine tasting evening at short notice, I couldn’t have imagined just how special the evening would become. From the moment he agreed to help, he completely put my mind at ease. Organising events can be stressful, but I knew we were in safe hands. What he delivered far exceeded anything I could have hoped for. He arrived immaculately dressed and immediately struck the perfect balance for the evening. He worked brilliantly alongside our sommelier, bringing warmth, humour and genuine charm. Before each performance, he explained a little about opera, how it works and the stories behind the pieces, which made the experience accessible and engaging for everyone, including those who had never experienced opera before. Then he sang. The room fell silent. It was simply breathtaking. The quality of his voice and the emotion he brought to every piece gave us goosebumps. You could see the effect it had on everyone in the room. It was one of those rare moments where you realise you’re witnessing something truly special. I’ve never experienced anything like hearing opera performed live, and it completely transformed the evening into something magical. Every single person commented afterwards on how much they had loved it. Beyond his extraordinary talent, Vasili is a genuinely kind, spiritual and positive person. His presence brought something very special to our parish community, and I feel incredibly privileged that he shared his gift with us. The evening was made even more meaningful because our beloved Father Alan was able to join us and enjoy the performance with everyone. It is a memory that I know many of us will treasure. I cannot recommend Vasili highly enough. If you’re considering booking him, don’t hesitate. He is an exceptional performer, an absolute gentleman, and someone who leaves a lasting impression long after the final note."
