"Below the Border delivered a fabulous set of 60s and 70s classics that saved our event from being a total washout, literally. They ended up playing in the corner of our kitchen whilst the rain poured down on the carefully prepared outside stage. They had us all transfixed and dancing within seconds despite the cramped conditions. Their good humour, enthusiasm and pure musicianship, combined with the appalling weather, made everyone watching feel like Glastonbury veterans by the end of the performance. I cannot recommend them highly enough."

"As a professional Wedding DJ, I had the pleasure of working with the Ekoes at Barff House. Their music was great and tailored to the audience and the bride and groom. The guests were dancing to every song, which allowed me to seamlessly introduce the other music genres, that were requested for the rest of the night. "We had the absolute pleasure of having Eccentric Pony at our Christmas Party, and they were nothing short of spectacular. From the first conversation, their communication was prompt and friendly, ensuring everything ran smoothly on the day. They arrived in plenty of time to set up and their performance was phenomenal - energising the crowd and creating a fantastic party atmosphere. To top it all off, they wrapped up the night with a superb DJ set that kept everyone dancing. We couldn’t have asked for a better band and we’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a brilliant, professional, and versatile entertainment experience. "We couldn’t recommend Motion Picture highly enough. From start to finish, they were brilliant—professional, organised, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. Communication in the lead up to the wedding was clear and straightforward, which made everything so easy and stress-free. On the day itself, they were seamless to work with and had everything under control, including sorting our DJ playlists between sets and afterwards, which really helped keep the energy going right through to the end of the night. Most importantly, they absolutely smashed the performance. They put on an incredible show and had the dance floor packed all evening. Their setlist was fantastic, with something for everyone and a great mix of tunes that worked across all ages—from older family members to our younger friends. A personal highlight was their performance of James – Sit Down, which caused complete crowd madness and was one of the standout moments of the night! If you’re looking for a wedding band that are talented, reliable, and know exactly how to get a party going, Motion Picture are the perfect choice. We’re so glad we chose them."

"Jodie and I had Backstreet Noise as our wedding band and we highly recommend you all to do the same. Not only are the A class at what they do but having a spare mic to allow others to join in with the playlist that is sure to get everyone singing and dancing along. Great night with a great band and everlasting memories that the whole wedding reception will take with them. If you are a pub, book them. If you are looking for a wedding band, book them. If you are organising a festival/public event, book them."

"Booked the Flute/ Guitar Duo for my Bike shoot start up venture. It was great so many guest were impressed with their skills, with fantastic flute, guitar and sax solos of classic covers, they really made the event. "We just wanted to email to thank the guys for being amazing on our wedding day! So many of our guests have commented saying how great they were and that they got the party started straight away. They loved that they could just request their own songs and everyone has said the atmosphere was nothing like they had seen before at a wedding that early on in the day. Even the staff at the house stopped us to say how good they were. They were exactly what we were after and we couldn't be happier. If you could pass on our thanks that would be amazing. Best wishes"
