"Absolutely first class! Chris and Olly managed to transform our bare, run down marquee into an inviting, charming place for our Great Gatsby Ball. Chris worked alongside us helping with ideas and suggestions and was on hand for site visits and available to talk through the plans whenever we needed. Everyone who attended couldn't believe the transformation and amazing atmosphere all the lighting and sound helped to create. We will definitely be working with Core Events again in the future and couldn't recommend them highly enough."

"As we are in lockdown I had to think outside of the box to celebrate my wife and I 6th year anniversary. I saw on social media Jermaine does performances outside, so I got in contact with him and asked if he would do a set us. All I can say is “wow” he was absolutely amazing. My wife was amazed and happy with what he played. He is highly recommended and will definitely be booking him again for the next function. Thanks again Jermaine "

" The band was MAGNIFICENT! Such talented musicians and a unique and fabulous part of our wedding day. We loved the musical choices and were surprised yet delighted that our guests took it upon themselves to take to the dance floor! Quite unexpected but a testament to the magical qualities of music. Witnessing multiple generations responding to the music became one of the most special memories of the day! The atmosphere this band created was electric, and seeing as many of our guests were musicians or involved in the creative industry we can wholeheartedly recommend this band for an event! "

"The band were absolutely first class and they had the dancefloor going all night. They even let one of the guests do her songs during the interval which was amazing too. Would definitely book them again and recommend them to anyone wanting to put on a top party. Thanks alot guys. Great equipment, great musicians, great sound and top music choice, we loved it."

The music Andrew played at our wedding anniversary still resonates peacefully and joyfully within us!Andrew left everyone in awe! He exceeded our expectations with a very passionate and heartfelt rendition of our "mise-en-scene".I will forever be grateful for his professionalism, his meticulous attention to our special requests and his incredible talent in making every single guest feel comfortably involved and cheerful! "Billy James played for my Mother’s funeral. I immediately felt comfortable with Billy who was friendly, organised and professional and of course, looked so smart. Billy played my Mother into and out of the church bringing the wonderful, unique music of the pipes to what was an incredibly emotional time for myself and family. "I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the rest of the quartet for being amazing at our wedding. Everyone commented on how great you were, from children recognising the modern pop songs to the grandparents enjoying the classics!! You were perfect for the pre ceremony music - I remember walking in Stanley House and hearing you on the balcony and thinking it sounded amazing. You were also excellent at the drinks reception - the perfect balance of live performance but back ground music if that makes sense? I would also like to say that as a bride planning a wedding with a million and one things to think about you were always really easy to deal with, quick at responding and of course 100% reliable! I would definitely recommend The Bridgewater String Quartet, especially for weddings as it really does add a touch of class to your special day."

"We hired Mike for our son and daughter in laws wedding celebration on New Year's Eve. From the initial contact to the night of the event, Mike was always easy to contact which meant the evening was really easy to organise. Mike was immaculately turned out and his pipe playing first class. He played a large selection of tunes and to top it all he piped the bride and groom into the main hall which was truly fantastic. Mike stayed on to have photo after photo taken with all the guests. A real gentleman. I would highly recommend Mike to play at any given function. Thanks for making a great night even more special."
