"I asked Will to play John Legend/All of Me as I proposed to my girlfriend in a restaurant in Soho. Will was very professional, look the part and had the whole restaurant giving him a standing ovation... I would definitely recommend Will as he was reliable, professional and massively talented."

"Hi Aly (and all the Aluinn and Definitives musicians), WOW - you are brilliant, amazing and totally delivered!!! Thank you all so much for playing at my party at Markington Hall last week and making it such an incredible evening. Really enjoyed both bands equally. Quite a few people were worried about the ceilidh and told me they "probably won't dance" but they did and they didn't seem to stop all night. And then the momentum seemed to pick up even more with the Definitives sets - just fab. Quite a few people have asked me for your details so I hope this will lead to more bookings in our area. I booked you from a random search on the net and am so glad I did. Keep up the good work and have a great summer. Kind regards, Liz Hawkes"

"This band are amazing, they played our first dance live which was a lovely start to the evening. They play a wide variety of music from Motown to current songs and played requested songs. All in all they made our day really special. We highly recommend."

"DO NOT HESITATE! I would like to save you all a lot of time looking at 30/40 acts to have at your special occasion. I looked at Joe first and compared those 30/40 others to him and none came close. Joe's voice is nothing short of exceptional! I do not say that lightly either. I do not want to make this sound like the"JD appreciation society" but I honestly believe if you book Joe you will be able to say " we had Joe at our doo" to all your friends when he if famous. Apart from the obvious great voice and beautiful guitar ability, Joe is one one the nicest lads I have came across in my lifetime, nothing is too much trouble and everyone at our wedding absolutely loved him. Even the staff at the venue asked me about him and I was told the kitchen staff were "singing their heads off" as they worked. As the covid restrictions meant a small gathering for us, we are having another party later in the year and will most definitely be having this exemplary, insanely talented young man with us again and I feel very privileged for that honour. Joe, truly from the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU!! "

"Thank you guys for making our wedding day so special. The barn dance was brilliant! We all loved it and we have had so many comments about how good the barn dance was and what fun everybody had. I do wish we had booked you for longer, but then also wish it had not rained. .Thank you so much again, and if you could pass our comments on to the other guys. So many people said it was the best wedding ever and that was helped by you guys."

"Miriam was absolutely brilliant - a joy to listen to and made my mum’s funeral service very special. It will be something I never forget and now a beautiful memory with the soundtrack of Miriam playing some of mum’s favourite pieces of music. She came back to my request so quickly and the whole booking process was effortless. "

"We booked Rebecca Cole to sing at our wedding and she was absolutely incredible. Her voice is truly amazing, and she added something unforgettable to every part of our day — from the ceremony to the drinks reception, and even as we entered our wedding breakfast. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful her performance was. She created the perfect atmosphere and played such a huge part in making our day feel magical. We can’t recommend Rebecca highly enough!"

"We booked Madhu for my sons 21st birthday party. The party was a mixture of his friends, our friends and our family, so all ages. We’d hired a room in a restaurant. We’d watched Madhu’s youtube video and decided she’d be perfect for us. We emailed her and confirmed the price, paid a deposit. We decided on 2 x 45 min sessions, one a bit chilled whilst we ate and then another more lively set to get the party started and the guests dancing after. She asked us what type of music we liked etc and any particular songs we’d liked played. She managed to build in my sons favourite son and she accompanied him whilst he tried to sing it! A couple of days before the event we had a chat on the phone which is great as it gives a chance to discuss any last minute changes and we were able to confirm number of guests, parking on site etc and what equipment Madhu would need to bring with her. On the day Madhu arrived in good time to set up, she’s completely self sufficient, sorted herself out in the tiny space we’d allocated her. We had a great day and Madhu was a huge part of this. She played amazingly, she dresses for the part and was able to read the room and combine all the music genres we needed. She entertained the toddlers and the oldies and still had plenty of time for dancing around with the young one. She was great and I would absolutely recommend her for your occasion."
