My dad was blown away and thoroughly enjoyed it. He was absolutely made up dancing the night away We have had so many compliments about the evening entertainment and how amazing you were. Weve even had people asking for your details to book you so is it ok to pass on your telephone number and email address?? I also need to apologise for not saying goodbye and thanking you on the evening I was rushed off my feet and trying to make sure everyone was ok so please accept my apologies for not seeing you after you had finished entertaining our guests. "We booked Paula for a surprise for my mum and dads wedding. Fantastic music Paula was lovely, really added to the special day. I would highly recommend Paula and if I had another special event would book her again in a heart beat. Thankyou Paula for adding a special touch to the day "

"Great communication all the way through when planning our wedding. Offered choices on what outfit/tartan to wear, was able to learn a tune I had requested for walking down the aisle. Great service!"

"Phil played for my 60th birthday party which had a speakeasy theme. He was absolutely excellent! He played brilliantly from his massive repertoire of songs and even learned my favourite to play on the night. He improvised The Charleston expertly, to the enjoyment of all flappers present and really entered into the spirit of the party. He really made my birthday party special and to cap it all he is a thoroughly lovely man. I would highly recommend him to anyone."

"The Misfit Makers made our wedding day absolutely unforgettable! From the first song to the last, they had everyone up on their feet dancing. They took the time to learn a special song for us, and it was perfect. The energy, song choices, and professional setup were beyond our expectations. Highly recommend them for any event "

""Thank you to Helen and the Band for being part of our magical day. They really helped make it perfect. There was great communication before the day and the band’s repertoire is amazing. We made a few tweeks to the set list they proposed just to keep all the family happy! The day itself, the band arrived with plenty of time and although we had a small space, discreetly set up. When the music started it brought guests in to listen and dance even on a hot day! The atmosphere was great and they are really talented musicians. As I speak to friends and family after our wedding there are so many comments on how great the band was and considering some of them are in bands themselves this is a great compliment. Once again thank you so much for making the evening part of the wedding so much fun - I really am trying to plan another party where the band can play again!! "

"I meant to e-mail last week and say you and your band are bloody awesome! That was a total American thing to say, but honestly I am not just saying that you guys are great! My husband loved it too – he loves Pink Floyd so when you were singing The Wall through the ceilidh music it was brilliant. I totally love ceilidhs they’re great fun, and the current music at the end was really good too! I took a few of your cards so will defo be recommending you!! "

"Vicki was amazing! We've had so many guests comment since on how great she was. Vicki played throughout the day, starting with creating an atmosphere for our ceremony, providing background music for our drinks reception then getting the party going during the evening. We were not sure how many people would want to dance but Vicki had all the guests on their feet, dancing the night away. We especially loved how she alternated between DJ'ing on the stage and playing the saxophone down on the dance floor amongst the guests. Great service from helping us plan the music throughout the day including some hints/ tips that really helped all the way through to the final song of the evening. She even made sure our sentimental song was playing once we joined the dancefloor which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. "

"Liam was asked to sing and play acoustically for my mums memorial at the "lost village of Dode" near Gravesend. As part of the set he was asked to learn and play two songs he had not played before, the songs were all folk ballads. I was slightly apprehensive about getting the right person for my mum's memorial but after my initial contact with Liam I knew he was the chap! On all communication he showed sensitivity and a strong will to play what we desired. On the day he played with great accomplishment and musicality. The tone, sound and timing were perfect. Many of the congression complimented me afterwards on the choice of musician. Thank you Liam for contributing to make such a special occasion that will be held in our memories."
