"We booked 440 Quartet for our wedding to play at both the church ceremony and garden party reception in July 2017 and I can honestly say they were one of our favourite parts of the day. They were professional throughout, arrived in plenty of time and played the most stunning music! The playlist we provided in advance was interpreted beautifully and a number of guests commented on the day and since on how amazing they were. Could not recommend 440 Quartet highly enough, thank you so much for making our wedding that bit more special!!"

"After having Nick play for us in the summer we was all looking forward to the Xmas show, what a night ! I can’t think of a minute that people were not dancing, obviously he knows exactly what to play and even though he must’ve played Xmas songs all month he still looked like he was enjoying lol ! Mixed in with Motown / Reggae / 60’s / Country / Soul and 50’s he still managed to surprise us with an Abba medley that just had everybody singing and dancing …. Thankfully we have secured next summers and Xmas dates in 2023. Wonderfully entertaining evening "

"We absolutely loved having Black Velvet Band play our wedding ceilidh at Clearwell Castle. My husband is from Scotland so we wanted a traditional Scottish ceilidh feel with some of the classics, and we were not disappointed! We had a good feeling about Black Velvet band from the moment we booked them - and sure enough, Mike and the guys were absolutely fantastic and made our evening party a huge success. The band were great and the instructions on the ceilidh dances were so helpful; even those of our party who may not have normally danced were up there loving life on the dancefloor. The fun and friendly atmosphere they created was just fab and so different from your ‘usual’ evening do. All our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the ceilidh and some said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. We would 100% book the band again and recommend them to friends. Thank you for contributing to the best day of both our lives. Love from Hannah and Deryk x"

"This is the second time we have used this DJ and we have booked him for a further date already. I would recommend him to everyone in this area as he is brilliant. All of the music we asked for was played, the neon glow element was brilliant and everyone had a great time. The DJ even managed to source Spanish and French hits for our group of international students. Thank you so much"

You are friendly, approachable and inclusive... eager to please and entertain... which you do flawlessly! Excellent singers and musicians. "We booked The Dizzy Brasscals to play at our wedding reception and could not have been more happy with the decision. We found them online and watched/listened to examples of their work before getting in touch. Dave was quick to respond and helpful throughout the whole process. The band were very open to tailoring the music towards our more specific requests when it came to genre whilst also keeping the crowd and dance floor very happy and filled. The lighting and PA was also very professional. Dave stayed after the band finished to DJ in the evening which was also great, requesting our playlists ahead of the evening which he stuck to when suitable. I would highly recommend the band and Dave as a DJ for weddings/events, it really made the reception go so well and lots of guests kept telling us they loved them. Also very reasonable for the service provided. Thanks again Dave and the band!"

"We hired three members of this band (violinist, guitarist and double bass) and they were great ! Great price and great professionals. Definitely will book them again if a band is needed. "
