"The Yorkshireteers were absolutely amazing on our wedding day. I hired them after seeing them playing at the Mailcoach in Northampton and booked them on the spot! Charlotte has a fantastic voice and they really got our party started! They are all so lovely and have such a great selection of songs, they could play something for every occasion! I would definitely recommend them to play at any event you are planning ?✨"

"Jan was absolutely amazing! Considering the party was in June and the weather was really really hot Jan still played really good and kept us all up dancing, interacted with all of the adults and the kids, very polite to everyone and stayed a little longer than his time which we all appreciated very much enjoyed every bit of his performance! "

"The Northern Reel Collective played at the evening reception for my wedding on 30/03/2018. They were brilliant, and my guests were singing their praises. Quite a few guests had not ceilidh danced before, but nearly everyone had a go and enjoyed themselves. The well-practised Scottish contingent also enjoyed the music and dancing. My seven-year-old cousins are still talking about the dancing and what fun they had. Even the groom's 90-year-old granny was able to dance one of the slower dances. Michael did the calling on the day, giving clear instructions for people to follow; he was also great to deal with in the booking process. I can’t recommend them highly enough! Thanks, guys!"

"Nigel beautifully played the piano at our wedding at Shuttleworth House on 29th August 2021. He played a lovely composition of music for the arrival of our guests, throughout the wedding ceremony and also wedding breakfast. Nigel is a true gent and was a major part of creating the perfect atmosphere at our wedding through his music and demeanour. He very kindly offered to also learn additional songs to his repertoire which we had requested and played those beautifully. The guests also commented on Nigel's wonderful piano playing and enjoyed his presence greatly. We can't thank Nigel enough for being a part of our wedding and his service from the first time we contacted him, has been extraordinary. He was very helpful, reliable and extremely prompt with his responses which we valued greatly. Thank you once again, Nigel! "

"Amazing, Amazing,Amazing!!!!! Phil made our event the success that it was - and hats off to him he played to 40 rowdy hens!!! His song choice , his ability to read the crowd, his banter , his response to requests….his patience with the bride to be who duetted with him a lot of the night ??….I can’t fault any of it . Oooh and I forgot to mention his amazing vocals . What a guy , what a performer……100% recommend and 100% will book again . Thanks Phil - you were a star ⭐️ "

"We were so impressed by DJ Johnsons set at our wedding, so many of the guests commented on how full the dancefloor was. Sean Really took the time to understand what we wanted from the set and was professional throughout the process. We would wholeheartedly recommend him. "

"My wife and I recently booked Billy to play at our 40th Wedding Anniversary Party . Billy and his lovely wife Anita arrived on time. We appreciated how much they both understood how stressful readying for the arrival of 40 guests at our home could be. Billy quickly got changed and in his no 1 highland outfit complete with feather bonnet, he looked magnificent. Billy stood and played at the front of our house while guests arrived. He has a large repertoire of tunes and was easily able to include our specific requests in his performance. Later he played in our garden while guests mingled. The sound of Billy playing the bagpipes was an absolute joy and many of our friends (both Scots and English commented on the quality of his playing). Billy and his wife are a lovely couple, skilled at socialising without being over intrusive. We would highly recommend Billy to anyone who wanted to add something extra special to an already special occasion."
