"I contacted Lizzie for help with our wedding at Blackheath Halls through the Conservatoire in Blackheath, which is located next door to the Halls itself. From the moment Lizzie got in touch she was a pleasure to deal with and it literally meant that it was a part of our day that we need not worry about as Lizzie had it totally under control. The quartet she put together were fantastic and they even managed to play a couple of random requests that were personal to us as we signed the register, which was above and beyond. Before the dinner at the drinks reception they played for over 30 minutes as guests mingled and everyone commented on how great they were, playing a combination of classical and popular tracks. In short, Lizzie was extremely professional, relaxed, talented and great value for money too. Our only regret is that we missed a lot of her efforts as we were off getting bloody photo's taken!"

"Live music makes a good party into a fabulous party and this was no exception. It was awesome. Harriet and Benn arrived early to set up their equipment and get everything organised, making sure we were happy with the volume. They are phenomenally talented and the song choice was just class. We danced all afternoon and had a great time singing along. They played don’t stop believin by Journey which they had practised especially for the birthday boy. Will definitely book them again and will highly recommended them. And best of all, they are such lovely people and clearly enjoy what they do. A stunning choice for any event. "

"We hired Chris to play piano and bagpipes at our wedding. He played the piano as I entered the ceremony and for a few hours in the background whilst the photographs were being taking. This was beautiful and so glad we done this as everyone commented on how beautiful it was. He then piped us into the evening ceremony which was just perfect. I am so glad we went for Chris; he played the piano and bagpipes amazingly it was such a lovely touch to the day and would 100% recommend Chris."

"Our annual Christmas ball in Preston was a standout success, thanks to The Misfit Makers. Their setlist was tailored perfectly to our event, seamlessly blending classics with contemporary favorites. The band’s chemistry and enthusiasm were contagious, creating an incredible atmosphere from start to finish. Their attention to detail—like adjusting the volume for speeches and announcements—was much appreciated. They are now our go-to band for all future events!"

"We booked Rory for our daughter's 21st where he played the piano for a relaxed drinks reception in the house, followed by sax working with the DJ in a much more lively party setting afterwards over at our annexe. Rory blended in perfectly in both settings, with relaxed sets being played on the piano followed by very engaged, immersive sets with the sax on the dance floor with our guests. He really just gets on with his thing and really made the event that extra special and received a ton of complementary from some very happy guests. We would whole heartedly recommend."

"This is just a letter to thank you again for the wonderful input your band had to my mother’s 80th birthday party in July. All our relatives and friends are still talking about the party and the fantastic music you provided. It was so good to have a mixture of ceilidh and other styles, the band was certainly very versatile. We will certainly be in touch, next time, we want to hire music for any other events we plan."
