Review Centre: Singers (Pop/Rock)

"My partner and I and seen Clea playing on many occasions and after one particular gig at a pub festival he couldn't stop raving about her talents! So after he proposed and we started planning I knew I wanted to arrange for Clea to play at our wedding as a surprise for him. I managed to keep the surprise for a couple of months but after a particular heated "wedding based" argument where I was accused of not taking on board any of his ideas I suddenly blurted out that I had, in fact spent months organising his favourite singer for him! Ha ha yeah... put that in your pipe darling! Needless to say he instantly backed down and was delighted with his early surprise present! Clea was absolutely amazing leading up to the day and was helpful (and patient) with every aspect of my planning - she didn't once laugh at my endless timelines, lists and planning tables! The weather decided to behave itself at the last minute and Clea and David were able to play their first set outside amongst the trees while our guests enjoyed Pimms and canapés. They then moved in doors for the second set and played us through dinner. We couldn't have asked for a more magical day. Thank you so much for all your help in the planning and on the day itself. "On 11th December 2023 Ian Geast Singer did two sets during and after lunch providing us with an enjoyable mix of Christmas, folk and sing along songs which we all enjoyed. Our event was held at The Lawn - Ian worked with the venue - setting up prior to guests arriving. I can highly recommend Ian, a great singer, a polite and professional musician."

"We didnt really know much about Post Modern Jukebox before we heard Annelise but now we are hooked! Hearing our favourite songs from the 90's and 00's in a Swing style was amazing and fit the mood of our party perfectly! Laura can't stop playing Careless Whisper now! "Vernon was the most polite and professional musician you could wish to meet . He played at my husbands 60th Birthday, and he played a mixture of tunes , wonderfull voice and really made the evening special . Would recommend as he does go above and beyond to make your evening special . "

"Ruby came to sing for us at our Vintage Charity Afternoon Tea Gala. We were so happy with her. Her voice was amazing and she had a great selection of songs. She had everyone dancing and created a wonderful atmosphere. She was also a very lovely lady. We would definitely use her again for our events. Thank you Ruby!"

"Matt was great from start to finish. I had been let down by previous booking so Matt stepped in at quite short notice. Communication was good, he was punctual on the day and very self sufficient with all his own equipment. But above all his performance was brilliant!! He has a great voice and really got our party started!! He even added two songs for me which he would not normally sing. Everyone at the party have complimented him and another wants to book him for her party!! Cannot recommend Matt enough!! You won't be disappointed!!"

"Sophia performance was exceptional and professional throughout. She kept us informed at all times before/during and after to ensure everything was perfect on the day. She sings like an angel and made Mums Celebration of life a memorable day which we will remember forever. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or book Sophia again, you are amazing."
