"Radio Dukes played at our wedding on 29.04.23. Mitch has been very attentive when communicating with us beforehand so everything ran smoothly. The band were absolutely amazing and our guests were blown away. The band played a variety of music which was great and everyone was up dancing. Our first dance ‘James Arthur - Say You Won’t Let Go’ was played live which the band learnt before hand which was really special. Amazing memories were created! Thanks so much for everything guys, I would highly recommend."

"Huge thanks for all you did to make our evening a success. On the commercial side it was very successful for us, and you certainly played a part in making that happen. The atmosphere was perfect. We had so many lovely comments from customers about how much they'd enjoyed the evening, and it seems as it was our best ever. "Nigel’s playing was perfection personified! He played for the arrival of the guests and all through the wedding breakfast only taking a short break during the speeches. He even continued after the agreed time as everyone was enjoying his playing so much and it really lifted the occasion. His choice of music and playing styles fit the mood of the afternoon so well and we had lots of positive feedback from our guests. You rarely hear people applaud “back ground” music but this happened almost after every song played. He added a real sense of sophistication and substance to our wedding. It was present but not overbearing. We will be booking him again in the future and wholeheartedly recommend his services. "

"I would like to say a big thank you to Luke who sung at our small wedding reception. He is a true professional and a polite friendly guy. We requested a first wedding dance song which Luke was happy to rehearse and sung amazingly. In fact half way through the song he invited the guests to join us which they did and all joined in with the lyrics!!!(sorry Luke!) Everyone was up and dancing and Luke happily obliged for an encore. "Solid Gold were the band I chose for my 70th birthday party. They responded immediately to my initial requests and communication was excellent throughout the process. In the day they arrived early despite quite a long journey to get to our corner of Kent, and began setting up immediately. They are a talented and amiable bunch of excellent professional musicians who provided us with two brilliant one hour sets of music we’d agreed in advance, ranging from 50’s classics through to up to date popular bangers. This is their true strength; an ability to cover any kind of music to match the occasion. I cannot recommend Solid Gold highly enough, they’re a pleasure to deal with and provided a superb musical backdrop to my special evening. Thanks again guys!"
