"We just wanted to say thank you to you and to the rest of the band for the most fantastic two sets at our wedding. Friends and family are still asking us about you all and saying it's the best band they've heard at a wedding. We were delighted with all the songs that you chose and especially grateful to you for playing 'Tonight I'll be Staying Here with You'. The accordion sounded great in that song! You judged the mood of the evening perfectly and the music moved along beautifully in response to this. I think it was a real highlight of the day for us and all of our guests, especially the children who loved seeing you all playing your instruments."

"We booked the 106 Miles to Chicago duo plus DJ act for my husband’s 50th birthday party 17th November 2018. We were totally delighted with everything from start to finish. Communication throughout the booking process was great – emails were responded to really quickly and everything was set out clearly. They responded quickly to any questions we had. On the day the guys arrived in plenty of time to set up and were really friendly and professional. They got the party started quickly and were so energetic throughout the evening – we had so many comments from guests about how great the entertainment was. It really made the evening for us. "H&R acoustics played at our wedding and they were great. They play a wide repertoire of songs, including jazz, soul and Latin music, both ballads and more uptempo numbers. Highly professional duo and there was fantastic feedback from the guests. They are also very easy to deal with, which made our wedding preparations that bit easier. We’d definitely book H&R again! "

"Professional throughout they were popular with all our guests and got many people up onto the dance-floor. They sounded amazing and fitted really well into our evening reception. They were also willing to make announcements so that everyone could come and watch our last dance before we headed off on honeymoon. We would happily recommend them to anyone who wants a fun and upbeat band to entertain at their party and provide great music to dance to."
