"Wow, what a singer! Lucy was an absolute star, travelling up from London with her guitarist to my party in the Midlands to help me out at short notice, as I was struggling to find an act I liked and was available for my birthday party. What I didn't realise was, not only is she absolutely lovely but she has an amazing voice, great range, a huge variety of songs and she even did me an Elvis number by special request. Her guitarist was a quality act too. I know there are lots of 10/10 ratings on here, but seriously I don't think you could give Lucy any less, if you hire her, she will make your event a special one."

"House of Chords were brilliant. We booked them for our wedding and they matched our brief perfectly. We wanted our guests to have a good time with good music, and House of Chords absolutely smashed it. "Many thanks to The Rib Ticklers for helping us raise money at our charity event for The Injured Jockeys Fund. They were brilliant and kept a wide age range of people on their feet all night. "So many things to say about this band completely took our entire wedding by surprise with the quality of music they produce, by the neatness of every member and the fact they were on par with everything we had asked for. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better band on the day!!! Several of guests will be in touch soon as they want you to play at theirs as well."

"For our reception we sought a fun and lively band to kick off the evening. We feel very lucky to have stumbled across House of Chords online. They were great value for money and delivered a 2 hour set of upbeat songs to keep people up and dancing. They were so great they even managed to command an encore! They showed great flexibility to accommodate a delay and they even learnt and performed Dancing In The Moonlight beautifully for our first dance! The band played a key part in our special day and we would very highly recommend."

"We booked The Line Up as our wedding band this July and they were amazing from the moment we spoke with them. The guys are SO talented and lovely we couldn’t wait to have them play. We paid upfront because we wanted to and felt we could trust them, and they advised us on what music they could play PLUS learned two new songs for us. They were AMAZING on the night… we were blown away. So friendly, funny on mic when getting us to cut the cake etc and every single song was a corker! The way the guitarist played to Dancing in the Moonlight will stay pencilled in my memory forever- so wonderful. Everyone that came to our reception was BLOWN AWAY by the music and everyone was up dancing - even our elderly grandparents! Thank you so much. Would recommend a million times over."

"Incredible duo, they knew all the songs we requested and they had everyone singing along. I asked for a mixture of mellow and upbeat and I couldn't have hoped for a better job! True pros! Highly recommend."
