"I hired Phil for my husband's surprise 30th in March 2024. He was absolutely brilliant, he arrived early so he didn't ruin the surprise (which I didn't ask him to do, so was a super kind gesture). From set up to last song, he was just fab; great communication, awesome attitude and very talented. After a quick discussion, he knew exactly what I was after..."

"We were delighted to have you there as part of the celebrations and your beautiful playing before the service was much enjoyed by everyone. You also proved to be a brilliantly sensitive accompanist; I think everyone was in tears as the bride walked down the aisle to the violin and harp rendition of “My love is like a red red rose.” And all your hard work in transposing an accompaniment for the Shostakovich Romance was so impressive. Your professionalism and wonderful performance made the day extra special, and I would be happy to recommend your services to anyone."

"Sam was amazing. She made our day. Not only is she an amazing sax player but she is a lovely lady. Nothing was any bother to her. She was with us from playing us down the isle till the end of a great evening. She chatted to the guests. We are going to have anniversary party and Will be asking Sam to perform. I cannot rate her highly enough ❤️❤️"

"James did our wedding ceremony music and 2 sets during our meal. He is just amazing and when we listen again to the music he played as I walked down the aisle, it gives us goosebumps! "We used Radio Dukes as our wedding band, and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. EVERYONE commented on how amazing they were, friends have asked for their contact details to book them at their own events. They had everyone up on the dance floor all night, and there songs were so original. Loved them!!!!"

"For our reception we sought a fun and lively band to kick off the evening. We feel very lucky to have stumbled across House of Chords online. They were great value for money and delivered a 2 hour set of upbeat songs to keep people up and dancing. They were so great they even managed to command an encore! They showed great flexibility to accommodate a delay and they even learnt and performed Dancing In The Moonlight beautifully for our first dance! The band played a key part in our special day and we would very highly recommend."
